Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in the idyllic village of Tiefengrün. In the immediate vicinity of an inn and only a few kilometers from the German-German Museum Mödlareuth. Because of the convenient location to the A9 and A72, excursion destinations are easily accessible. Ideal starting point for destinations in northeastern Bavaria, southeastern Thuringia and impressions at the former German border. We also welcome guests in transit, hikers and cyclists. Breakfast is possible.

Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The newly renovated apartment is located next to a riding stable near Weißenstadt, a lovely small town and only 5 minutes by car from the lake. It is very easy to reach and you can park in front of the house for free. Perfect starting point for activities (hiking, biking, skiing) in nature, spa visits, shopping, trips to the Czech Republic and more.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied.
