Our peacefully located holiday apartment, about 85 m², is situated in a nature reserve near Ravensburg, offering pure nature - however a car is necessary. The apartment is part of a separate section of our farmhouse and has its own entrance, an idyllic garden area to relax, a barbecue and fire pit, romantic seating areas, sun loungers, parasols and access to a natural stream. Ample parking is available. Picturesque hiking trails start right at the doorstep, inviting you to explore.

Our accommodation is a large, well-equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. From the bedroom you have a great view of Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various shops, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk) yet quiet area. The garden can also be used. A beautiful swimming lake is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. The small, well-spaced 42 m² apartment is located in a new building in the basement area. Since the single apartment has two large light shafts and a converted entrance area, there is enough light. Shopping is within walking distance: bakery, Mixmarkt, pharmacy - in approx. 5 minutes; Lidl, Aldi - in approx. 15 minutes. Behind the house is a large playground that can also be enjoyed as a park. Field walking trails can be reached in 5 minutes.
