Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Weimarer Land

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy and offered us exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. We particularly liked the idyllic location - it was incredibly peaceful and we were able to really unwind. Our children were thrilled, because right next door there was a beautiful stream where they could play for hours. That was really perfect for us as a family. A special thank you goes to the hosts Helge and Conny. They were incredibly nice and welcomed us very warmly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a break surrounded by nature.

We were there with a dog over New Year's Eve. Beautiful house, no frills, very well equipped kitchen (I have to mention it: sharp cutting knives), very cozy and soundproofed. Didn't even hear the blast. Host very nice, ostramondra seems to host many dogs, in our case there was a lot of barking in the neighborhood, which did not bother us.

Very nice place to stay, bright, open, friendly design. Beautiful fireplace for cold days and sunny balcony for warm days. Everything necessary and beyond (coffee and wine) available in the kitchen and apartment. Very friendly and warm welcome. We got many good excursion tips from the hosts Silke and Andreas and also the offer to rent a bike. I highly recommend this place.

The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

We had a wonderful time in this charming vacation home! Everything was very clean, lovingly decorated and perfectly equipped – we didn't miss anything. The quiet location and the terrace and the beautiful view were particularly nice. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We stayed there with 4 adults and 2 small children and had a very nice and relaxing stay. Everything we needed was there. Also crib and chair. There was enough space for everyone and the equipment was of a very high standard. Also it was very clean and the garden is totally beautiful. We will be happy to come back. 😊

We had a good long weekend with our two dogs at Denny's. We were pleased with the small attention on arrival and enjoyed the relaxation in the sauna. The only thing worth mentioning is the steep driveway to reach the property. Our dogs found the garden great for romping and Denny thought of his four-legged guests with dog beds, bowls and treats.

We were allowed to spend a wonderful girls weekend in the accommodation. The accommodation offers enough space for 8 people and is furnished with attention to detail. We particularly liked the cozy dining area with a large table. We will be happy to come back!

We loved staying at Rodger's place. It has so much character! Rodger is a great host and a wonderful musician. We spent all evening listening to his classical guitar recordings!

We were very warmly welcomed. The accommodation met our expectations and we'd love to come back.

Everything went well, great place, surprisingly well equipped kitchen and lot of beverages and groceries.

We were visiting family in the area and felt very comfortable right away. For us as a small family it was a very nice retreat and we had everything we needed (drugstore, bakery, playground, etc.) right around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay with our toddler daughter. The accommodation at Alex's was very comfortably furnished and clean. There was nothing missing. Our daughter was very happy about the toys available. Right across the street we could use the large playground and watch the chickens next to the house. All in all, a successful short vacation. I would gladly come back.

This was the perfect venue for a visit with friends in Gehren. The home was cozy, comfortable and well-provisioned. It was a perfect home base for all of the walking we did while visiting. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended for a family of 10 members. Everyone had their own room and the house has everything you need. An oven is not provided, but that did not bother us. The nearest bakery was 7 minutes away by car. Memleben is a small place - very quiet and idyllically located on the Unstrut. Nevertheless, a lot to offer: an adventure park, the Imperial Palatinate with historic monastery, the Arche Nebra is not far away and we have made a detour to the Eckartsberga amusement park. All in all, a successful holiday for the whole family. In winter/autumn certainly also very romantic with fireplace. Also very great: for 10 people 4 bathrooms (three of them with a toilet). This saved us an incredible amount of time for so many people in the morning. We thank you for a wonderful stay.

A perfect retreat in the Thuringian Forest We had the pleasure of spending a few days in this beautiful cottage and it was just amazing. The location is incredibly quiet, ideal for those looking for relaxation and recreation. The spacious garden invites you to linger and offers plenty of space for outdoor activities. The modern decor of the house is stylish and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the proximity to an excellent restaurant serving delicious local specialties. For families with children, the nearby playground is a big plus. Overall a wonderful place to get away from it all and enjoy the beauty of the Thuringian Forest. We will definitely be back!

We had a very nice weekend with the whole family in Römhild. It is very convenient that each room has a bathroom. The dining table offers enough space for everyone, but you can also divide yourself through the different seating groups if a few people prefer to play cards and others prefer to chat. The surrounding area is nice for longer walks and you can pick a lot of wild garlic.

We spent New Year's Eve in a group of four families and numerous children in the house of Susann and Sebastian. The villa is really well renovated and excellently suited for a cozy and private experience on the large Gleichberg. Communication with Susann was always very direct and friendly, we were even allowed to put a sauna in the driveway. We can really only recommend the villa of the two for group vacations! Always happy to come back.
