The complete core renovation in 2022 shows the approx. 70 sqm apartment in modern splendor. The separate entrance leads to the large living and dining area (+new sofa bed) with new kitchen. Due to the open room design, the hallway adjoins the living area and you enter the modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms. A terrace with barbecue facilities and free parking are in front of the apartment. Another approx. 70 sqm apartment is also available for rent.

Our Sunflower apartment is picturesquely situated on the southern slope of the Upper Black Forest. On a clear day you can see the Rhine Valley, the Swiss Jura and the Alps from the Glarus Alps to the Bernese Oberland.
