The comfortable non-smoking apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house. Here you will find ideal conditions for overnight stays. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed. In the hallway is a reading and play corner. Long-term stays can be requested individually.

A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Small but nice. Our cozy 30 sqm studio apartment offers the possibility to sleep 3 people. Here you will find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and Netflix don't get bored. Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

Beautiful apartment on the 1st floor in an absolutely quiet location

The apartment is the entire upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is in the center of Helmstedt (Barmke district) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows a lot of light comes into the apartment, whereby all windows are equipped with shutters.

A cozy conservatory with underfloor heating and a large kitchen with modern electrical appliances invite you to cook and linger. 2 bedrooms upstairs offer 4 sleeping places as well as 1 baby/toddler bed. Another sleeping place for 1-2 people is located under the roof.

Apartment in "Olln"

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (in the attic), an elevator is not provided. Books, cards and board games are available. Guests are welcome to use the garden and grill. We can also provide bicycles for rent to explore the Aller-Elbe cycle path. Two quarries invite you to fish and swim in the directly adjacent landscape park.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Escape everyday life and enjoy a break in nature at Haus am Elm. Our cozy 35 m² log cabin, surrounded by a spacious garden, is the ideal retreat for nature lovers. Relax in a cozy bedroom or on the cozy sleeping floor. The open kitchen and living room with pullout couch offer space to feel good. The fireplace ensures warm, cozy evenings – perfect for a relaxing break in the heart of the Elm-Lappwald.
