Lovely cottage in Maramchurch. Very historic and full of character. It’s a real pleasure to stay here. Frances was a great host, very communicative and helpful. The cottage has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Nice garden. Everything was clean and tidy and very welcoming. The cottage is probably best for a couple and two young children who don’t mind sharing. This was perfect for us and our daughter, who brought her best friend from school along with her. Maramchurch is a great place to stay, as you are 5 mins from Bude with the wonderful beaches, walks, cafes and shops. But maramchurch feels like it’s tucked away and secluded from the hustle and bustle. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (despite the weather)

A beautifully thought out stay with immaculate, eco friendly amenities in the field which were prettily lit with solar fairy lights guiding at night The shower was great. We stayed in the Lundy; cosy, pretty, water tight ( stormy night!), and with a view ( conditions permitting) of the sea. Just perfect. Perfect hosting too.

We had a wonderful stay at Talland Cliff side beach house, we stayed for two nights with our two children and Labrador, the property was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed plus a few extra touches that added to our enjoyment, the family games and the hammock were a favourite for the children and sauna was an added luxury for us :) but without a doubt sitting on the decking and watching the sea was the most relaxing and wonderful thing for us to do! The beach is 5 minutes walk down the cliff side not too difficult but the climb back up may take a little longer but absolutely worth it for the trip down to the beach, there are a couple of coastal paths within a couple of miles of the property and a couple of small eateries close by for lunch with a view. Amazing from start to finish! Great communication, easy directions, smooth self check in and a lovely rural peaceful location! We all felt very welcome. The Shepherd’s Hut was spotless and very well prepared for us with a thoughtful little welcome gifts. We really appreciated the attention to every single detail! The guide book with local tips was very useful. Now I regret not booking more nights as this was only a little stop on our way down to south Cornwall, but we’ll definitely be back! Andrew was very helpful and his home was beautifully presented. Parking is super easy, it's clean, the balcony is great and what I also loved was the equipment for families. I didn't need them as I wasn't with my children. But there was a highchair, kids crockery and cutlery and buckets and spades. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen appliances work great and the welcome package was really appreciated. I would very much recommend Andrew's home for any trip to Bude. it has lovely views of the beach, golf club and cricket ground. you're away from the hussle and bussle, although a five minute walk away from it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Large & cosy log cabin set in beautiful and private gardens. Cabin was clean, well equipped with very comfortable bed and in a quiet location with lovely walks from the cabin. Plenty of places to visit and walks to enjoy within a short drive too. Maria and Ron are very friendly and helpful and the welcome basket was very thoughtful. We initially booked for a couple of nights but enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely holiday! June & Mark (Derbyshire)

What a lovely stay, I can’t wait to come back! Little Green feels both spacious and cosy. Thoughtfully laid out, immaculately clean, the attention to detail makes you feel right at home. After a lovely day out in the fresh air, coming back to the brilliant shower and incredibly comfy bed was a dream. I loved sitting on the porch in the morning, watching the cows in the field, with a coffee from the Nespresso machine - it was sheltered from the rain and peaceful. Georgia really is the ideal host - considerate, organised and welcoming, but never intrusive - so you feel welcome but independent. Unbelievable value for money, a real countryside retreat.

A fantastic get away! An incredible house, well presented, much bigger than the photos look, and in a private but will positioned location to explore. Rachel was a great host, very friendly and proactive, very through and detailed book of things to do/places to see etc, very amenable to having an infant and dog with with lots of facilities and equipment well thought out. It's a shame we didn't have the best weather as we would have loved to have made more of the beautiful garden and facilities.
