Castle Folly- Unique castle experience for two

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. A large hot tub with a beautiful view is available for an additional charge. Substantial breakfast pack provided. With a village pub close by what’s not to love?

The Music Room - a luxurious, rural retreat

Stunning, newly renovated property surrounded by the historic Fawsley Estate. Fawsley Hall hotel is a short walk away. Crockwell Farm is 7 miles and Silverstone Circuit is just a 30 minute drive. The Music Room is a unique detached stone cottage next to our family home that combines quirky character with luxurious contemporary living. Super-king size bed, workspace, smart TV, XBox, Everhot, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, wood burner, Air Conditioning, EV charging. Parkland views.

Magic Mushroom (sleeps 2 to 4).

The Magic Mushroom is a unique hut made from reclaimed trees. The grass roof is speckled with wild flowers and there is an unfenced fishpond that attracts dragonflies and frogs. Think glamping rather than luxury accommodation! However, there is a fridge, kettle, electricity and lighting inside. A wood burning stove provides warmth on a cold night. Cooking facilities are outside, as is the toilet cabin. There is a small undercover area to sit outside and cook if it's raining. A rustic experience.

Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Ivydene Studio

This unique place has a style all its own. A self contained studio with a kingsize bed, kitchen and dining area and separate shower and toilet. Located in Weedon and close to Silverstone, Northampton and the many beautiful surrounding villages. With good transport links the studio has lots of places to explore, The Grand Union canal is metres away from the property. “Studio” is located in the popular Village of Weedon and owned by the Ward family. This property is located in the picturesque village of Barford St Michael, which is nestled closely to the owner's home. The cottage has one super king sized bedroom and one double bedroom. The delightful interior provides a relaxed space of considerable character which has been beautifully and lovingly furnished providing the ideal getaway for pleasure. An excellent place for business too.

The Blue Barn

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. But luxury detailing alongside your own hot tub, hammock, sauna, indoor and outdoor showers and sun terrace is a clear nod in the right direction - all within a short walk of the friendly local pub! Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

Off road foot paths and bridleways! relax in tranquility!! All the rustic charm with the quality of a hotel stay. Can accommodate well behaved dogs or bring a horse!! With room to pitch a tent too (extra) I live onsite in Farm house so can help as much or as little required! Hot tub lite on arrival extra cost.

Badby Lodge is a beautifully renovated annexe nestled in 6 acres of beautiful grounds. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a double, both with en-suites. This property provides the perfect retreat for a max of four people. Outside there’s a very large pond (practically a lake!), menage and stables. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.
