Great, well-kept room in a beautiful small town with surrounding backroads that are great for driving enthusiasts and people who like a view, good for a nice getaway from a stressful area plus close proximity to a gas station and fast food for convenience.

This place was exactly what we needed! It is very close to all the medical facilities (which is why we were in town) as well as plenty of great restaurants. It’s right next to a BEAUTIFUL city park with lots of amenities. The apartment was very clean and cozy. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again! Thank you, Alia!

The place is great! Had a family reunion where part of the family lodged here, one of whom had a baby. The comment was made, "this place is awesome, I had no fear of letting my baby wander around inside." A/C was very quick and efficient. Noise could be heard from the neighbors (thinner walls separating units), but luckily they weren't terrible. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Dewayne was very good at communicating and giving great instructions for a easy check in!

Really enjoyed our stay. I did see in another review that there were a lot of stairs, we didn't mind them. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very clean and well stocked condo/apartment. They supplied dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed’s were comfortable. The workout room was decent. People were friendly. It was safe and secure. The free coffee was so amazing! Lots of different options no need to run to Starbucks or 7 Brew! Great stay for a week! Thanks!

Had my staff stay here while completing a project in Springfield and they were very happy with the comfort, cleanliness and location of the property. Will stay again of the opportunity presents itself.

Our family of 5 was in town for the weekend to run a 5k Downtown, and this was the perfect location for us to stay. Our 3 girls loved the bedroom with the skylight and the TV. It was clean, comfortable, and very cool—a memorable stay that they’ll be talking about for some time.

Was just what I needed while in town working. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Will book again.

We stayed for just 1 night to recharge during a road trip. The place was just what we were looking for - affordable, peaceful, and easy to find. The hosts were also willing to accept our reservation on a very short notice and sent clear check in/out instructions.

Maida was a fantastic host. She went above & beyond for sure. We loved the home, it was clean, spacious, well decorated, comfortable & very homey. Everything you need is here whether you are staying for a weekend or for a month. We have found our new home away from home in Springfield. This is now one of our favorite places to stay. Beds are comfy, 2 living rooms, multiple dining area options, plenty of room to spread out & relax. It is obvious, when you walk in the home Maida cares enough to provide her guests with nice, thoughful items & furniture in home, not the cheap stuff you see in some Air bnb's where they just provide the basics, to make a quick buck, like a hotel. Maida was very sweet, responsive & accommodating. I can't say enough about Maida or her home. Book this home, you won't regret it.

This was our second stay at Derek’s Blue Villa and it felt like coming home! The house is clean and welcoming. The master shower has amazing water pressure. Comfortable beds and living room couches. The sitting area in the enclosed back yard looks so inviting. Hope to enjoy it when we return during the warmer months. Derek is proactive with communicating and quick to respond. So nice to have the extra space and comfort of a home away from home.

We had a great stay! Communication with the host was excellent—they were super responsive and even took the time to share their future plans and other exciting projects, which was a nice personal touch. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing, which made showers really enjoyable. The kitchen was large and nicely updated, perfect for cooking meals. We also loved the big couch and large TV in the living room—great for relaxing at the end of the day. The location was ideal and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

Very accessible for mobility impaired: only 3 steps to enter from garage; smooth hard floors for walker; high toilets; hand bars where needed; shower accessible. EXCEPT!! The beds were very high. At 5’, age 82, with osteoporosis, I missed trying to get in and had a near fall event. I slept on couch that first night.I called the next morning to see if he had a step stool or other solution. He never answered. We went and purchased a small step stool and a rubber mat to prevent it slipping. It worked very well. He did respond to my text informing him of our solution.Every thing else was perfect. Close to interstates, restaurants and the house had everything we needed.

Heidi and Rose are absolute gems! And the townhome is amazing as well! The entire place is nicely cleaned and has all the amenities you’ll need! If you’re a parent of a young one, there is a rocker/recliner in the “master” bedroom along with the king sized bed which made putting down our infant a breeze. The second bedroom was also fantastic and had plenty of space. The living room has a nice spacious area to lounge and if you have a small one, for them to play. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the laundry area as we came here last minute. The apartment is really close to shops/groceries/the farmers market and also restaurants and the hospital. We came to Springfield and our father unexpectedly passed away, Heidi and Rose were very kind and helped us by accommodating extra days needed to help sort his affairs in the area. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and help.

Great little place close to the spring if you’re going to fish. That’s what my purpose was. Unfortunately I only stayed 1 night due to Bennett Spring flooding due to all the heavy rain. The flood didn’t affect the cabin at all or getting to the cabin but since I was only there for a fishing trip I decided to leave as fishing was done due to the high water.

We loved our stay with Dmitriy! Perfect for a little weekend fishing get away! Just enough space that fit 3 comfortably with enough amenities to cook our meals! The coffee provided was delicious coffee & the instant hot water for showering was perfect! Thank you for hosting!!

Perfect! Nice space, very comfy, everything looked brand new. Beautiful wooded surroundings. Be aware, this is not located in Lebanon. It is a 15 minute drive from Lebanon, a lovely drive.
