Vacation rentals with a patio in Wayne County

Wonderful stay. Everything was clean and as described. Stayed for a few days for a business trip. John was very helpful.

This was my second time staying here. Such a great place in town. I hope I’m able to stay here every time I’m in Jamestown. Great host who’s super nice, helpful & quick to respond.

Adorable loft right in the middle of Livingston! The location couldn’t be better!! The host was so welcoming and kind! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Christopher’s place at Woodson Bend Resort provided all that was necessary for a wonderful family stay the first week of August. The weather was beautiful and so we enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed back porch; the walks to the pool; the dry-accommodating and nicely-decorated living spaces; and, the closeness in proximity to the pickleball courts. After our days on the boat, we were grateful for the ample kitchen space, cookware, utensils, and kitchen linens to enjoy family meals around the table! The location of this unit is excellent - easy to reach the Pro Shop, pool, restaurant, playground, volleyball court and pickleball courts. We did not use the outdoor fire pit, but noticed the stock of wood and great arrangement of outdoor chairs that would make this a very lovely space to enjoy. Would highly recommend Christopher’s place in Woodson Bend!

This place was great!! Owners were great at getting back with me on any questions quickly and was the perfect place for our trip and had everything we needed and more.

The house was perfect for our family reunion, and Teresea and Tim are incredibly kind and helpful hosts. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to fix all our meals, the living area has comfortable furniture for a crowd to hang out together, and it was great to have so many main floor bedrooms with their own bathroom. We loved sitting out on the deck, and the view of the lake was even better than I'd expected from the photos. We highly recommend it and hope to return again next year ourselves!

We had a great time at the place while our camper is being worked on. Rebecca was very nice, accommodating, and very quick to respond. Walking in it looked just like the picture. It was so peaceful, very light traffic. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of, plus more. Overall I would stay here again!

Lovely people and even better house! Plenty of space for multiple people, cars, and boats if needed. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great stay at Jo's Cottage, which was clean and comfortable. We are familiar with the area and have friends nearby, so it was a perfect place for the two of us to have a relaxing time with all the amenities we could need. Mary was phenomenally responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time at Justin’s place. The property was so cool to explore and the house was perfect for our party of 5. I loved that it was kid friendly and so did my three nieces. We loved playing board games and the outdoor yard games were a hit as well. And at night we were super cozy on the couch while we watched a movie. The waterfalls are so special and it was so fun hiking, exploring and seeing all of the incredible wildlife! Just as with any more rural area, if you visit in the off season try calling the area restaurants ahead of time to make sure they’re open! We all said we wished we could have stayed longer and that we’d definitely love to go back. Thank you, Justin for sharing such a cool spot with us!

My first time getting an airbnb and I say it was a success! I tend to be the cautious type of person so the idea of an airbnb was something I was effy about but since my family was there I was a bit more open! Jordan’s place was a pretty good match for me and my family since we had a few people that would be staying in! They had multiple bedding options and a comfy living room! If you needed anything (rags/towels extra covers, few kitchen supplies) it was there! Since it was extremely cold outside we couldn’t enjoy the outside but that’s okay! I honestly wouldn’t mind staying there again!

Woodson Bend is always a great place to be. We love the pool, ability to put your own boat in the water at the resort, the golf and the golf cart community. Debbie’s place is clean, well stocked and as it is shown in the pictures and description.

We have been going to Woodson Bend since I was a kid. We finally outgrew my parents place and needed a place of our own. We had a great stay at this Condo. We have 4 kids and the bunk beds were great, the condo was clean, and they had very detailed instructions.

My son and I had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful lakefront Airbnb. The accommodations were perfect - clean, comfortable, and with stunning lake views. What truly made this experience special was the incredible hospitality of our hosts Liz and Wade. From the moment they both greeted us upon arrival to the end and good-byes, we felt like this was a very personal experience. We took a very early boat ride for some before dawn fishing through mid-day as well. Wade is an awesome guide who really worked hard to put us on fish and was very patient with my son getting him familiar with the fishing gear AND what an amazing fishing boat! It was such a memorable experience, and we truly appreciated the personal touch. There will be plans to visit again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with outstanding hospitality!

Beautiful condo at Woodson Bend! The kitchen is HUGE as well as the patio! We will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. Nicely updated condo with plenty of room. Convenient to pool, playground and restaurant. Stools around the kitchen counter instead of table with chairs.

I enjoyed my stay at Woodson Bend and Shannon was a very helpful hostess! Pros -Scenic setting, great for evening walks -Quiet neighbors -Access to resort amenities: pool, golf course, pickleball, basketball and tennis courts, bocce ball field, playgrounds, picnic areas, restaurants (seasonal) -Very responsive hostess who went above and beyond for me when I locked my keys in my car -24 hour gated security -Furniture & beds are comfortable -Plenty of new, fresh-smelling linens are provided -the unit is updated and uncluttered -Excellent wifi strength Cons -No washer/dryer in unit, so bring quarters if you plan to do laundry. The machines in the on site laundry are older but worked well enough. -This unit backs up closely to a nearby condo so be prepared to consider your neighbors -No ice maker in unit. Trays are provided & ice can be purchased onsite. -No coffee pot. There is a Keurig. -Verizon cell service is spotty when exploring the grounds. No issues within the unit

Audra's place was perfect for us! We were staying in town for a wedding at the Legacy Lakes venue, which is only 15 minutes from the Airbnb. We had 4 adults and a baby, and the place had plenty of space for us. It was very clean and had modern decorations that made the space feel cozy and inviting. The location was in a nice and safe area. The host was also quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend Audra's place!
