House vacation rentals in Wayne County

This was perfect for our large group. We didn't want for anything. So many options with a view of the beautiful lake (pool and hot tub area, fire pit, large porch with the option to have windows opened or closed). Plenty of space to spread out or all gather together. No complaints here and would definitely rent again.

This was one of my family's favorite houses we've stayed in together! Loved the big front porch and how every room had it's own bathroom. Miranda was such a sweet host, adding personal touches like sound machines and baby monitors to make our stay even more comfortable. She had even decorated the house for the holidays when we were there for Thanksgiving!

This place is amazing, super quiet and very private. It made for a relaxing stay after doing all the touristy things around town. The hot tub is comfortable and private, with a beautiful view of the trees. We will definitely be back!

This house did not disappoint! Went for a family reunion with extended family ages 8-80! Something for everyone to enjoy. The great room was perfect for our large gathering with plenty of space for games, kids and visiting. Kitchen was perfect for our needs (some repair issues Clay is addressing did not overly affect our stay - he’s super responsive and helpful!). Table for 8 plus counter height seating for another 6 or so in the kitchen itself. Tons of bedrooms offer privacy and comfort for everyone. 2 showers on main floor, one in basement and one on 2nd floor. Basement is teenager heaven! Poor, shuffleboard, Nintendo and air hockey as well as a bar area with another refrigerator which was awesome for drinks. Hot tub outside on the porch was great. I think our favorite was the deck outside the great room had lots of seating so we could enjoy the unseasonable 60 degree weather! Never got a chance to use the fire pit looked awesome. Highly recommend - we will definitely be back!

Place is amazing! Felt like home, once we left we started to miss it. Extremely spacious, amenities were amazing. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Somerset!

We have been this place with other two friends families. House is beautiful and maintained. Unique part is its interior design. Everything was perfect. We will definitely looking forward to stay in future.

We stayed at this beautiful condo while we were in town looking at real estate. WOW, what great spot on the lake. The view was fantastic. The sheets smell fantastic too! I would recommend staying here for sure. Everything you need and more. What are you waiting for, book this one today!

Nice spot very good communication

Was absolutely amazing!! We had a 40’ trailer for a truck show that we were going to, n was a bit hard to get in and out of, but we managed! House was absolutely incredibly and felt so cozy! Updated and super nice! The outdoor activities were also a nice touch!

We are very grateful for this house & host who gave us a cozy place to stay on Christmas so we could visit our family in the area. The house was very clean, tidy, and came with several fun games to play including an original Nintendo!

The house was great! It is beautifully decorated, had plenty of space for us, nice parking and very close to Wolf Creek Marina. We would definitely stay again in the future, as we travel to the area often.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. We loved being able to use the dock for our boat and fishing. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the boats go by. We Will definitely stay again.

This was the second time we stayed with Marissa. The home is very nice with all of the kitchen amenities that a couple or small family will want. The bedrooms, living room and bathrooms are all well maintained and comfortable. The location is perfect for quick access to the lake and is only about 8-10 mins to Conley Bottom, which is where we always go. But easily the best part, is the beautiful lake view on the back deck and from the living room. We had a small issue with not having any hand towels in the bathrooms, but that is relatively minor and Marissa apologized for the oversight. All in all, the home is perfect for a Lake Cumberland getaway with amazing views of the lake and we will definitely be back!

Selina's place was very clean and felt larger than expected. Both bedrooms were nice and the living area was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet, county setting with rolling hills and cattle views all around. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic location and lovely property. The hosts were communicative and had everything we needed. I wanted to throw a parade when I discovered working fans in each bedroom! They also had central air which is a relief in the humid and hot Kentucky summer weather. The house has charm in every corner, is comfortable, and has plenty of bathrooms. We loved having access to a washer and dryer after traveling 5,000 plus miles as a family of five, it was nice to be able to wash everything. The Wi-Fi works great and there is plenty of space to spread out. The back porch overlooks the water and it's beautiful! It's a quiet neighborhood and only a few minutes to restaurants and stores. We plan to stay again on our next trip out. You will be glad when you book this one!

Trevor was a wonderful host and his home was absolutely fantastic! He was always easy to reach, quick to respond, and was super nice and helpful. This property is perfect for a lake stay: 10 minutes to Burnside Island to launch a boat, a huge driveway with ample room for multiple cars and a boat, very friendly neighborhood, plenty to do inside if it’s rainy, and tons of outdoor space! We had a large group of ten adults for a lake weekend and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and have their own space and bedrooms. All of the beds were very comfortable. The gathering spaces both inside and outside were large enough for us to play pool, sit by a fire, eat dinner, or just relax together. This is an annual lake trip and we will definitely be looking to see if this is available next year to stay again! Thank you for being such a great host, Trevor!

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet lakeside retreat. We drove to the nearby hiking and restaurants - although very much enjoyed spending time on the deck with beverages. It was the perfect and secluded getaway. Very responsive host! Would highly recommend!

We stayed in this wonderful home for 4 nights. We had a total of 6. My husband myself our adult children and future daughter in law. Everyone had their own space which was nice. Everything you needed was there. Some great memories were made and looking forward to going back and making more. Shame they only allow 5 stars because it was definitely a 10. Having the pool table was awesome due to some of the weather. It gave us something to do while at the house besides watching TV.

This place at Cara's is perfect for our time at Lake Cumberland. it's 2 mins to Beaver Creek marina where we have our boat. Convenient and always the perfect place for family and friends. We rented this place everytime it was available for us because it's the best we have found to fit our needs. Thanks Cara for having us back
