The Wilmington

The Wilmington Apartment is one of our two Lofts in the oldest building on The Livingston Square. The Miller building was originally built in 1896 by one of the originally bankers named Moses Miller. The Miller Building is fully restored and has The Coffee Shop downstairs. This charming loft is on the 3rd floor overlooking Church Street. It has a Smart TV, a full kitchen with a Keurig and a queen bed! The Wilmington Loft is perfect for a solo traveler or couples in need of a getaway! 

The Blue Mini Stay @ 92 Rentals

Located closer to town, our mini stays are best suited for someone simply needing a private and easy place to crash. We send you the door code so you can easily check yourself in at your convenience. Enjoy television on the Roku device on the tv. Our mini stays are complete with bath (and fresh towels), microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. (Not a complete working kitchen, but a simple and small kitchenette). You’ll find you stay with us clean, comfortable, and enjoyable.

The interior of the rental is set up for maximal relaxation. This unit is the basement floor of a duplex. It includes three separate bedrooms, full kitchen, two full bathrooms, laundry and front porch sitting area. Quiet hours are from 10pm till 7am. Come enjoy this lake lovers paradise!

The layout of our "cottage" is a studio master (King Bed) with a separate bunk room (top and bottom twins) and full bath. You will have you're own private parking in the back and there's plenty of room for your boat as well.
