We are 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Gun Lake Casino, 20 minutes to the airport, 35-40 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 25 minutes away from Yankee Springs Recreation area. The only thing I would have changed about my stay would have been to stay longer. The property is located on a very private and peaceful area of Ada and has a cool path directly to the Grand River in the back yard, along with a fire pit. The space itself is very clean and modern, with more than enough for a comfortable stay. Next time we are in town, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great family home with plenty of rooms, beds, linens - especially for a blended family! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, feel at home and be comfortable. The whole place was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood/ subdivision. The decor was tasteful and all the games and activities they provided allowed us to chill at the house and enjoy our time together. We will definitely be back :)

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house! The deck was our favorite spot—we spent so much time relaxing outside and enjoying the peaceful views of the lake. It was a great getaway. There was a minor situation during our stay, but the host was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving it quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience, and would recommend staying here!

Beautiful lakefront home! Extremely organized and well maintained. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were stocked with all the essentials. Kayaks and outdoor toys were available for lots of outdoor fun! Ping Pong table provided some friendly competition and lots of laughs. Location was ideal for some additional activities in Grand Rapids. Barbara was available to assist with anything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend this home.

A stunning house architecturally; the view of the river through the trees from the floor-to-ceiling windows was fabulous. Even the indoor mirrors were carefully positioned to provide views of the outdoors. It rained for two days while we were there but we were content to stay inside and watch the river go by, while the chipmunks, squirrels, and birds busied themselves right outside the windows. Finally, the under-floor heating worked well.
