Cabin vacation rentals in Waveland

We had a great time and the house was wonderful! The house has everything you need to cook and we enjoyed dinner at the cabin most nights. The house is only a few minutes to multiple restaurants and shops! The house was large and more than enough space for our family! The kids loved the creek and mom and dad enjoyed the hot tub!

We've been here several times now and it's our favorite hidden gem! Quick 15-minute drive to downtown Nashville and all the shops. Can stay at the home all day grilling out, playing games, enjoying the hot tub, and the kids will not want to leave the amazing outdoor swing!

We were looking for a place last minute for my mom and I to stay while we attended my uncle's funeral. we did not have any idea what nashville was we just saw it was close to columbus and had a hot tub. let me just tell you how amazing Angela and her cabin was.... we booked at 10:30 pm the night before. I know, I know. like ordering a well done Ribeye 5 minutes before close. Angela took it upon herself to make sure the house was clean despite thinking she had no renters for a few days and the last guest checking out that morning. the cabin was so cozy and peaceful. in such a stressful and emotional time it was our calming place. mom absolutely loved sitting on the porch listening to the creek. Angela was so amazing would definitely stay there again. and probably will. thanks Angela for going above and beyond in a high stress moment.

Absolutely loved our stay! Everything was so amazing. We were in the area for the state track tournament. While a little farther than we wanted to travel from the event, this place made up for any worries in that with its peaceful and private setting. All the extras for adult and child use in the yard was great. My boys loved every bit of this stay. While we only stayed a few days, we used everything we could and will definitely look to stay again.

There was 8 men from 62 to 75. Played golf all week, cooked at the cabin. Very private, comfortable, beautiful. We all loved this Airbnb. One of our best stays from FL to TN and back to Indiana. We've stayed in several Airbnb we loved this one. Thank you, Apolonia,

Melissa was a great host. We had to cancel our trip on short notice and then rebooked on even shorter notice. She was very understanding and helpful. The house is very cute and quiet with a lot of space indoors and out. We didn't get the chance to use the fire pit or the hot tub (maybe next time).The living room furniture and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen table was perfect for eating and playing games. The kitchen appliances were top notch. The house feels remote but is not far from Nashville, IN and all it has to offer. Good pizza and beer at Bog Woods Pizza. Also check out the Farm House Cafe & Tea Room, just down the road, for great food and a nice nursery with a lot of plants. We'd definitely stay here again.

The house and location were exactly as described. It was clean, homey, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Have you ever wondered what a marina is like after it closes for the day? If so, then this is THE place to book. Although the exterior is modest, the inside wows! The balcony, with its phenomenal view of the lake, was a FANTASTIC place to have your morning coffee. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, and there were thoughtful touches like amenity kits in the bathrooms. Stephen was very responsive and accommodating, and the manager, Jess, was wonderful and gave us some tips about events around town. It's conveniently located near Bloomington (we were in town for a graduation), but far enough away to avoid the crowds and the plethora of people. At night, the gate is locked, so it's just you enjoying the solitude. The only downside was our nav told us to go into the mobile home park across the street. If your nav says turn into an area with mobile homes, you actually need to go through the fenced-in area on the other side of the road.

Beautiful cabin in the woods!!

This cottage is quaint and cozy and was the perfect home base during our son's wedding weekend in Crawfordsville. It made our weekend away from home so much more relaxing.

Check-in was a breeze with Nate sending our code before arrival. The place was clean, had everything we needed. Loved it had a washer and dryer. We could wash and dry our clothes after a muddy hike at the state park nearby. Only thing to note there is not an oven or toaster oven. It may have been noted in the listing and I forgot about it. We loved that Nate provided firewood to enjoy the firepit. We didn't get a chance to use it this trip due to rain but that is a nice touch. We would definately stay here agin!

Gary and Kris's house was amazing! The space was roomy and fun. It was well appointed and the kitchen had every pot or pan you could imagine. The deck is very nice and the view from it was serene. We saw lots of wildlife in the back and side yards and were able to catch fish right from the dock. It was easy to find and there's a lot that's close in case you forget anything. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Michael is a great host! We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. It has a beautiful view of the lake. It was comfortable with lots of amenities. We would go back!

Another great stay at Cabin #2. Super clean and comfortable. It’s easy to find, quiet and has good amenities with the coffee maker and mini fridge with freezer. The cabin still feels new. The tv is good size and the shower with shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and plenty of hot water were much appreciated after a day of driving. There’s extras provided with a hair dryer, blanket, kitchen table and two seats. I like there’s a luggage rack and bench inside along with a mini table on the front porch. The ceiling fan, dehumidifier and cold air conditioning kept the temps comfortable inside. The outside porch light was nice to have for safety. These cabins are a (not so) hidden gem and are kept really nice. I cannot recommend these properties and host May enough. Communication and instructions were clear and friendly. Thank you May for a wonderful stay and offering such great accommodations.

Спасибо большое . Мы остались довольны Кровати и второй этаж дети полюбили и не хотели спускаться с второго этажа . Кухня блестела ! Все было новое ! Я не готовлю на кухне в таких домиках но тут все было так чисто что я приготовил ужин и все поели горячую вкусную еду ! Телевизоры Вайфай все было ! Не успели попробовать барбекю но все было безупречно ! Сюда нужно приезжать чтобы отдохнуть от города ! Детям взять развлечения и выключить телефоны !

Absolutely love the house. I loved the view from the top decks. The waterfalls is very nearby and beautiful. I love the fact that we was able to book this place and keep our dog with us. Thats what sold us on staying here and the fishing for the kids. Very big bass in the pond. Good pass time with the family. Unfortunately the general store wasn't open. The lady was sick that runs it. Very nice community. Jeff did great with communication. Especially when i stupidly locked myself out of the house. I did accidentally check in early after 24 hours of no sleep to get from NC to IN. He was very nice about it, and it was no problem. I knew the water did not smell good from previous reviews. So no complaints there. I was just greatful to get this place last minute so we could be close to the club to compete in the UKC TOC. Very blessed to stay here.

Another wonderful stay at the Goat Conspiracy. Beautiful, spacious cabin and private, peaceful surroundings. Private location where you wake up to the sounds of nature, with goats providing a special bonus. Cabin is spacious and clean - can't wait to stay again.

Had a great stay at Tammy's place! Everything was clean, bathrooms were spotless. Stayed here after hiking at Shades. We loved the back porch with the river view - it was magical at night! Our toddler loved climbing up and down the steps and exploring the backyard. Plenty of space to move around inside. Tammy was very communicative and flexible when I was asked about early check-in. Would stay again!

Beautiful spot - convenient to everything but feels like you’re miles away!

This home was absolutely stunning. I knew it would be beautiful from the pictures but it was even more incredible in person. Unbelievable quality and thoughtful, homey details throughout the entire space. Very spacious and comfortable. Could have easily stayed there a week! The owners were wonderful, from checking in with me as soon as I checked in to quick communications throughout and even a homemade lemon cake upon arrival! For those visiting Indiana University, it’s an easy 10 minute drive. I’ve been using Airbnb for years and have stayed all over the United States, Paris, London, Costa Rica, etc. - and this is hands down one of my favorites. I plan to stay there again. 10/10 on all levels!

We loved our stay at the Smith Cabin! It was a perfect location to be near a city for things to do, yet a peaceful place for slow mornings & evenings in nature. The cabin was very clean and didn’t feel like we were “invading” someone else’s space, also everything was labeled and easy to find if needed! Debra was very quick to respond to the few questions we had and was kind & helpful throughout the entire process. My favorite part was sitting on the screened-in back porch in the early morning. The views are incredible. Such a stunning location and cute little cabin— we definitely hope to visit again! ☺️

My family and I had a great time staying here. Fun for both kids and adults! We appreciated the games, books, and toys for kids. We enjoyed making s’mores around the campfire using the supplied wood and s’mores sticks. The views are wonderful from the cabin and the Brown State Forest nearby is a must see! Everything was made very easy staying here and we’d love to come back again!

Our family loved this lake cabin and had a great time swimming, fishing and boating. And actually caught two large mouth bass (grandson’s first caught fish ever)! Bon fires and roasting weenies and making S’mores made forever memories for the grandkids. We were in the area to see the “Big Things” in Casey, IL and lucked out finding this Lake House. We would love to come back and stay longer for more fun and to visit the state parks. Everything was perfect and so comfortable and easy. Becky is a fabulous host. We wouldn’t change a thing.
