Perfect for our girls weekend! Lots of space and relaxing place to stay! Quiet neighborhood. BEAUTIFUL space and location! Close to Top Golf, swimming complex, shopping, and restaurants! Hosts were super helpful and very responsive! We had a great weekend and will be back!

Great place to stay . Very roomy lots of couches outside space was great. Comfortable beds the kitchen was great. They had everything you’d need. Totally recommend this place.

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

We absolutely loved our time here. This place is a gem - 10/10. The host was very welcoming, had wonderful communication and went above and beyond for our stay. The house is incredible, the pool and hot tub were amazing and everything is maintained very well. I saw some reviews about there only being one bathroom with a shower, our group of ladies were aware and planned accordingly and it was no issue for us at all (there is more than one bathroom to clarify, just one with a shower). There are TONS of comfortable spots throughout the house to get ready. We had many plans to get out in Des Moines while visiting, and we truly just never wanted to leave the house, we were enjoying it that much. We are already looking for dates to come back next year. I had a wonderful stay. The house is so charming and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. While the house is small, it doesn’t feel cramped in the least. You have everything you need in a very workable space. If I need a place in DM again, this will be my first choice.

This home was perfect for our stay! We were able to fit the amount people we needed. It was clean and had everything we needed. Jordan Creek wasn’t far down the road for shopping or restaurants. David was very responsive and quick to respond with solutions or answers to my questions. I will definitely be looking for this home when we come back next year!

Our stay at The Roost exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family (kids 1.5 and 5.5) and my father who is disabled. The area was beautiful and gave the kids plenty to do outside. We loved the swings and hammocks as well as the friendly chickens nearby. The newly built deck added more space out back and was a pleasant surprise upon arrival. Although it was extremely hot outside, you didnt feel it due to the shade abd breeze the property provided. Kris was the best host and responsive to all of our questions. Her store next door was adorable and had so many great local options for meat, wine, and other souvenirs. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back in the future!

We stayed here for my birthday celebration! This location was safe, clean, spacious, and close to downtown! We loved the sun room space and loved all of the decorations! The host communicated very well and we would stay again!

I have stayed in amazing places using Airbnb, but this one is the best. We were in town for 5 nights, and when we left, we all agreed we wish we could have spent more time in the house. Here were some of my favorite things: - Extremely clean - It was spotless. From the refrigerator to the bathrooms, everything was immaculately clean. I felt bad using the grill on the patio because it was so clean that I didn't want to mess it up. - Well-stocked kitchen - This was the best-stocked house I have stayed in. They have EVERY appliance you could think of, including an air fryer. They also had spices, coffee (love the custom blend), K-Cups, tea, creamer, baking supplies, ziploc bags, etc. - All of the other amenities- TVs in every bedroom, washer and dryer with laundry supplies, toiletries, games, etc. Every little detail is considered. - No checkout duties - I truly felt like a guest. Finally, the BEST host! Communicative and extremely kind. I hope I can find a reason to return.

We were in West Des Moines for a baseball tournament and did not want to stay in a hotel. Adil's place came up when I checked my Airbnb app. It looked exactly like what we were looking for! The booking was extremely simple, and Adil responded in a very timely manner. We didn't arrive until after 10:00 pm, and it was still very easy to find. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Adil had sent me a message explaining to me where to park to make it most convenient for unloading and loading our vehicle. From the minute we walked into his home, we were pleased. It smelled and looked extremely clean!! It was nicely decorated and neatly arranged. The word "cozy" is very appropriate word for his place!! Everything was very clean and tidy. We slept in the King size bed, and it was very comfortable. We were able to get a good night of sleep for another busy day ahead. Thank you so much, Adil!! We look forward to staying at your place again soon!!
