Monthly Rentals in Waterville Valley

We loved staying at Karin’s condo. The condo was clean and comfortable, matched description and photos perfectly. Karin was super responsive with any questions. Fantastic location for skiing and hiking and other outdoor recreations. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this place for 3 months. It was, in every sense, our summer "home". The galley kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the appliances are new and very good. The living area is spacious but cozy and the furniture is comfortable. There is a bathroom near each bedroom in order for guest to have privacy. We used the garage to store our toys (motorcycles, bicycles, kayaks, etc - that was a real treat. I particularly liked sitting on the balcony in the afternoons listening to some music and enjoying the serenity of the mountains. The neighbors in the townhouse complex are very friendly and the town is just wonderful. You an walk to everything and if you like mountain outdoor activities, then this is the place for you. Whenever any minor issue arose, Kris was extremely responsive and accomodating. We could not ask for anything more. This is a great ABB property - we would not hesitate to go again.

This BnB was very well kept, clean, and cozy to stay in. The layout of the rental also gave good privacy even though the unit is connected to the main house. The amenities were solid and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with a few shops around for necessities.

This home was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and located in a great area. I hope to return.
