Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Een gezellige en sfeervolle vakantiewoning op ons boerenerf. De woning is gebouwd in een voormalige schuur op een rustige plek, langs de dijk. Op het ruime erf is voldoende plek om buiten te zitten en van de rust, ruimte en natuur te genieten. De woning beschikt over een slaapkamer op de begane grond en een slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping. Met uitzicht op de dijk en daarachter de Gouwzee. Waar zomers in gezwommen kan worden. Medebewoners van de boerderij zijn onze kippen en schapen.

An oasis of calm near Amsterdam

Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.
