There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Located in a quiet side street in the small town of Dürscheven centrally located between Zülpich and Euskirchen. The place offers dirt roads and forest sections for relaxing walks, jogging or even bike tours. Since the property is located in the countryside, arriving by car is an advantage.

Feeling good in the Eifel

This cozy, quiet apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for recreation for 2 -3 people. In the living room and hallway laminate flooring is laid, the other rooms are equipped with PVC floors. Since this apartment should remain suitable for allergy sufferers, bringing house and small animals, as well as smoking inside the apartment, is not allowed. Note: The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached via a staircase.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Our apartment is very quietly situated in a small new development area, 3 km from the city center of Zülpich. In the immediate vicinity there is a water sports lake, a Roman bath, an open-air museum and the highway - connection to the A1/A61. The city of Cologne is about 30 km away. Hiking trails (Eifel loops) pass by the house. The Eifel National Park is only 20 km away. Electric car charging station available.
