It was my sister's wedding on January 4th at La Taverne restaurant, located on the rue de la liberté, just two blocks away from Sarah's stay. The location is ideal, especially for walking in bad weather. The door lock doesn't work, but no one breaks into the room to steal, which gives you a lot of peace of mind. Sarah was also totally flexible with check-out time. We will always be grateful to her!!!

Large and beautiful clean house. lots of space. Great for a family stay for up to 10 people. small children can enjoy a play area in all weather. Well secured property. The garden is nice. Well located for access to the city center. Bus line is 10 minutes walk. Very close to Euratechnologies where we were able to enjoy the beautiful Van Gogh exhibition. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful house, well furnished, welcoming and quiet. Comfortable bedding. Clean. 10 minutes' walk to the shops. Parking space right outside the door. Very responsive and welcoming host. We had a great time.

We had a great stay. It was a good space for us and our two teenagers. Location was good and allowed us easy access to Ypres, Bruges and Ghent for days out. Communication with Barbara was easy and helpful. Check in was easy too. Barbara sent us a helpful video of the property too. Just to note: it took a bit of time to get used to no handrails on the staircases, the top floor toilet has no door to it (there are two other toilets also available with doors), the decoration appears to not be fully finished. Also there is no dedicated parking for the house but we were normally able to find a space nearby easily. However these things did not detract from our stay and we liked the house more and more as the week went on. The kitchen is generally well equipped and it is a great space. Overall we had a fab stay and we would recommend Barbara’s house to others.

Anne-Marie's apartment is in a very good location. In the heart of the city we did everything on foot. Cozy, pleasant, very convenient as a base for our sightseeing days. Anne-Marie is very responsive and very helpful.

Light, spacious apartment in a quiet, convenient location. What really made the stay great for us though was our little ones staying in Nico's son's room. It was full of toys and books and puzzles and a very cool tent bed. Our son was thrilled. It kept him busy for ages and meant that we needed to pack far less. Also very much appreciated that Nico left out the high chair, baby bed etc. for us. It was easy even for little legs to walk down the road to the tram stop. Also, Chez Suzette creperie in the area was lovely and great for kids.Def recommended for families.

Excellent stay of 2 nights. Everything was compliant. Very good communication, the instructions were very clear. The 2 apartments were very nice, clean and quiet. Downtown Lens is within walking distance, parking nearby and street parking is also available. We'll be back at Caroline's place for our next stay here. I would highly recommend.

We had a really nice and enjoyable stay in Lille! Nice, quiet location near the center. The apartment was tidy, communication good and all directions clear.

Like last time very well

We had 2 very nice days in the apartment. Dorothée is very positive, correct, hospitable, extremely communicative and so smooth. We took our bikes with us which, just like the car, safely in a locked place Could stand. The sunny terrace at the apartment is also a great added value. Lille is very accessible by bike! Recommended. We definitely recommend this cozy stay!

We would like to thank Hugo for his extremely warm welcome, kindness, humanity and delicate attention ( coffee, tea, spices , etc.). The apartment is superb, tastefully furnished, very well equipped. Very roomy and clean, with a large and well organized kitchen. Close to the train station which was important for us as we did a couple of day trips.

Apartment very well located, clean and pleasant. Anthony and his mother are very accommodating, it's a real plus. Nothing to complain about, I recommend!
