It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.

Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

Located on a private lane with plenty of room to park, trucks, campers & atvs welcome. The home also has an animal/dog outside enclosure so your furry friends can play outside! (This is a shared dog yard from time to time with our golden doodles)

Close to everything in the Steubenville-Weirton area, including Franciscan University of Steubenville, hospitals in Steubenville and Weirton and The Pavilion at Star Lake amphitheater. Come enjoy a relaxing stay at this unique & cozy home for a getaway, retreat, family or business related trip. The listing is for 6 people but able to host up to 15 guests but there will be an additional $30 per person after the first 6 guests. You will find yourselves close to The Meadows Racetrack & Casino, Tanger Outlets and a 5 minute walk to all different types of eateries/restaurants. In addition, it's only 25 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Wheeling casino, Ogelbay, Wheeling Park, 6 Golf Courses, and multiple restaurants are just a short drive away from this location. A few things are on the property. 1. Fishing poles are under the back porch. Feel free to use. 2. There is usually firewood on the side of the house. Feel free to use.
