Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home in Coralville, Iowa. Coralville is 5 minutes from Iowa City. Only 5 minutes from I-80, 10 minutes from the U of I and 2 miles in all directions to many restaurants. Your section of the home is private with a separate entrance. We have a Ranch with a walkout basement. It's like an apartment within a home. The Donut Suite is the entire downstairs of our home. There is only 1 stair from where you park to the entrance of the suite.

This loft is situated above a small town bustling coffee shop, also overlooking the park in the town square. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and sitting area while bedroom 2 can be configured with 1 king or two twin beds allowing flexibility for your stay.

Built in 1900 and renovated in 2022, Suite 2 shows little signs of the once quirky old space. Completely private, with all the amenities, it boasts a spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a desk for workspace, and a laundry room.
