We stayed at Avi's listing in July 2024 while attending a 10-day yoga teacher training in Squirrel Hill. From the original booking and all of the way through our final day, Avi was responsive and helpful in our communications. The listing looks exactly as it does in the photos and there is free street parking. Walkable to many restaurants and parks in the surrounding area and a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Pittsburgh. We experienced a few issues during our stay that couldn't be immediately addressed by Avi and he very quickly found someone to help remedy the situation. The issues were not his fault, yet he made the situation right and offered exemplary customer service. I will definitely keep Avi's listing in mind for my future visits to Pittsburgh!

I had a great stay at Jia’s place <3 The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and felt super cozy, plus the blackouts really do cover everything so I had a great night of sleep. Jia is also a fantastic host! Very thoughtful and responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again.

This spot is really nice! There are a lot of rules to abide by, such as a strict no guests besides those on the original reservation and taking off shoes when climbing stairs/in the apartment, I think because it’s easy to hear your neighbors, but that allowed for a very quiet place to stay if everyone followed all the rules! The apartment was clean and conveniently located. Loved having a small kitchen set up, especially bc I stayed for little more than a week. That allowed me to eat some meals in! I was on the top floor and was a little worried about being warm in the summer, but the mini split AC works really well and doesn’t take long to cool the room and is quiet too! There is recycling available and the employees who cleaned the spot were very kind and helpful!

The place was nice. It did have a toilet a bit higher than normal in the bathroom but it worked for me. The place was nice and it had a feel that it was originally designed for a different purpose, but it has interesting charm now. I originally had planned staying at a hotel west of this location but I had an issue with the hotel and stayed here instead. I will say that I felt much safer here and the bed is so comfortable that I had the best nights sleep in a week. I travel past this area occasionally and if I need a place to stay I will definitely stay again

This place is wonderful., clean, cozy and spotless. We had an excellent stay.

The place was in a quiet neighborhood tucked away off the main roads. It fit the description, had a nice little hot tub, & the snacks in the freezer were a nice surprise!

Tracis's place was clean and cozy. She was very friendly and communicative. She answered any questions that we had. We would stay again if we ever came into Pittsburgh again.

Our daughter’s family live right across the street and Murry Ave. is a block away so it is a great location! Also Hanyu’s place is a few blocks from beautiful Schenley park . The studio apartment has all the comfort and accommodations of a one bedroom apartment, including dresser and bathroom drawers , hanger and hooks, and a surprising number of kitchen utensils ! The bathroom is well designed and very clean. The bed was comfortable and access is easy. It’s in a safe and attractive neighborhood with plenty of free parking. We found this to be a very comfortable and convenient place for the two of us. We hope to stay there again!

Paul was a great host! Very responsive if we had questions. Place was very clean, accommodating and comfortable. And the location was great for getting around to downtown or outside the city. Quiet and comfortable neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The property is in a peaceful area perched above the city, providing a unique vantage point while remaining just minutes from downtown. Though the hill leading up to the home is quite steep, we had no issues with parking throughout our visit. The accommodations were clean and inviting, offering everything we needed. The only thing we felt could enhance the experience would be the addition of a fan to improve air flow for sleeping. All in all, a great spot and we would happily return.
