Very nice place and very nice host!

Jonathan and Brian are excellent hosts! We have occupied the house for several months now as our crew was in town on a very complex jobsite. The hosts are so extremely helpful, accommodating, and even went as far as finding us another property that fit our needs for our 2nd crew. Always willing to give us the best deal! I feel as having 4 grown men (construction crew at that) in the house for several months (4) would be less than ideal of a squeaky clean checkout. I appreciate their grace, their commitment to their property, and their professionalism with their clients and future guests. As we prepare to check back in tomorrow for another week, my only regret is that we can't stay longer! Thank you for everything John and Brian! Ashlee DWR Aquatics

We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality during our stay over Christmas. Rick and Flo were so thoughtful, and included so many extra touches throughout. The space was exactly as advertised, with plenty of space and all the amenities necessary. Parking was easy, the neighborhood was quiet, and walking distance to so many restaurants. 10/10!

We had a great stay in Pittsburgh! The house was very clean, and we had lots of space to spread out. We love the industrial decor vibes. The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. Nice, clean bathrooms. The weather didn't allow us to enjoy the deck as much as we'd have liked, but it was a nice spot with a great view! It wasn't exactly close to everything, but it wasn't a far drive, either. The host was very responsive to any questions. We'd definitely stay here again if we come back for another visit!

Clean, cool, and comfortable place. Pleased the adults and the teenagers, which is something to marvel at! Friendly and helpful hosts,, who clearly take pride in their homes and their guests happiness.

Had a great stay. We had no problem getting street parking. Walked to some great restaurants. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. Walked to the grocery store for supplies. We enjoyed our stay! Michael was incredibly responsive.

It was wonderful to stay here. She was very responsive. The area was very nice and everything was walking distance that is needed like restaurants and a grocery store was all very close by. I highly recommend.

My husband and I are local and we have been staying at Carlos's place while awaiting construction of our home. Carlos is a wonderful and responsive host. His home is cozy and very nice. Although, there are just two of us this would be a great place for a larger group as there is plenty of room for people to spread out!

First time staying in Pittsburgh. This location was great with local restaurants, riteaide and liquor store around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a fun house full of character and great for our family stay in Pittsburgh. We were traveling with my 5 and 8 year old -- the neighborhood felt safe and interesting, there was a playground within 2 blocks, and it was a great jumping off point to other parts of the city. The house is very well supplied and we all found it very comfortable!

Rosvita's place was perfect for our long weekend in Pittsburgh. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was in a pretty good location with downtown being accessible with a good walk. Her home was comfortable and nicely decorated. The little touches were a nice plus. It was squeaky clean, warm and welcoming. We would stay here again

Simply amazing. Our family had to spend a few weeks here for a swrious surgery and this house and the management was nothing but exceptional. Any issue or question was answered within minutes and dealt with on a time that worked for both parties. It felt more like a hotel stay than an Airbnb home. They supplied more things than we could imagine. So grateful. Thank you to the entire team. My son made friends at the park with all the neighborhood kids. For a country family being in the city-this somehow felt like a home away from home.

Bethany's duplex was a comfortable place to stay during an uncomfortable time for our family. While we normally stay in Mt. Lebanon with family, we could not this time and searched for an AirBnB rather than a hotel to give ourselves more space and found one for an even better price than what a local hotel would be. Location was perfect for what we needed. Very close to Washington Rd. and if you like giving your legs a good workout on hills, it is walking distance to many local amenities. The duplex was clean and was exactly as pictured. My daughter loved the kid themed room and enjoyed the games provided. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers, heat/air conditioning worked great, had a well equipped kitchen. I appreciated the art work of Pittsburgh and other paintings around the house. Bethany was very responsive and friendly when we had any questions before and during our stay. We'd definitely book here again if ever needed.

A very nice, quiet neighborhood perfect for our visit for a family event in the area. Lots of space to be comfortable in. Everything we needed was there.

Mandy’s place delivers. Large 2nd floor bedrooms and beds. Family room can easily accommodate a sleeping bag for youngsters or students w/permission. We LOVED the view of the pond with geese we could appreciate from the family room, windowed sun porch and deck w/grill! The soaking tub is in the basement, so ada guests just need help down stairs. Lower level is private. Walk out private patio is a bonus. TV also great. We did not see pool table, but, it may have been under the ping pong table. Worth asking if there is ping pong table if group needs. This is one of the absolute cleanest homes we have ever stayed!!! First floor restroom for guests just inside the front door! Foyer large. Second floor is amazing! Laundry and cute sitting area for coffee. The master bedroom has a bidet we were unaware of. Amazing to have an elegant bathroom w/walk in shower. Appreciated tv’s had plenty of options. Could even see family room tv from one side of the Sun porch! Thank you!

Our son is a student at Duquesne University, so this was a perfect location for us. We were able to walk back and forth to the school no problem. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great space for a girls weekend! The house was comfortable for a group of 5 women. Only thing I wish they would have provided was wine glasses! There was plenty of coffee and the extra toiletries they provided were a nice touch.
