Enjoy morning coffee on the porch as you listen to the gentle sounds of the water. Inside, you'll find an inviting space with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy seating area. Explore nearby nature or simply unwind with a book by the fire. Our cabin is the perfect base for any getaway.

Lakefront gem

A great location on a peaceful lake. Located on a private peninsula, this lovely home includes a 12x12 floating dock, a boat dock, kayaks, canoe, and stand-up paddle board for use. Fishing poles are also available for use in this great fishing spot! There is a hammock, a Weber grill, and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax around the gas and/or wood fire pit (firewood available) on the large stone patio. Inside includes an open floorplan, a stone fireplace, and a sunroom overlooking the lake.

Welcome to our family lakehouse located on Hadlock - a serene private lake in the Adirondacks. 3200sqft, 6BRs, 2.5 baths with 100ft of lakefront, a NEW hot tub, a private dock, stone fire pit, and beach. Equipped with luxury Adirondack furnishings, a wrap around viewing deck, grill, indoor and outdoor dining, full tavern (huge bar, pool table, shuffleboard, games), two living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, an office, kayaks, and much more. Perfect for year round vacations with tons of space!

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Located 4 miles from historic downtown Salem, New York, we welcome everyone from scenic drivers, skiers, hikers, outdoor enthusiasts, leaf-peepers, business and wedding travelers, travel nurses, or anyone seeking a unique and tranquil rural escape.

Are you looking for a lakeside escape with your family? Look no further, our refinished cottage offers 2 bedrooms, for four guests total, directly on Cossayuna Lake! Enjoy the sunrise across the lake on the deck with a cup of coffee or your evenings around the fire with a glass of wine, you will not be disappointed! Please be sure to read our cottage and lake rules prior to booking your stay. Our co-host is always available to answer any questions.
