Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods, meadow & animal pastures. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet, and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

Runamuk Farm camp with a view!

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our camp.

Magical Farm Getaway - a must visit!

Beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse situated on 4.6 private acres within a 180 acre working farm. Five bedrooms, wood stoves, ample living space, and a cheery sun room with gorgeous views make this house one of a kind. Our backyard features an in-ground, heated, salt water swimming pool (open May to mid-Oct), fire pit (open year-round), large outdoor dining table, gas grill, and a deck with lounge seating and jacuzzi (open year-round). Parties and events are not allowed.

Quaint, rustic cottage situated on 100 acres of pristine farm-land. You will have this home to yourself. It is adjacent to the main farm-house which is occasionally occupied by guests. Our cottage offers two bedrooms with two full beds and a twin bed in each room, totaling six beds. The kitchen has all your basic needs plus a kuerig coffee maker and microwave. The 300 acres are well maintained, offering beautiful views and great terrain for walking, hiking or mountain biking.

Welcome to the AirBnB situated on a small working farm. You are welcome to tour the grounds to say hello to all the animals. This place is for the birds! No really you will enjoy watching chickens, ducks, emus, geese, guinea fowl, and peafowl. The farm is also home to a herd of beautiful alpaca and resident llama, curious goats, and barn cats. There are working livestock guardian dogs who watch over the herd who will greet you from behind the fence.

Amazing airbnb at a unique location! Staying at Ken's cabin makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, while being only a short 10 minute drive away from a huge supermarket with different restaurants and everything you need. We spent our days reading next to the pond and watching the peaceful wildlife. We spotted many birds, a muskrat swimming in the pond, frogs, fish and even a deer! It was very relaxing to stay at the cabin!

We had the most incredible glamping experience! The accommodations were top-notch, with plush furnishings and the area is private! The tent was spacious and comfortable, with real beds and soft linens. The Shower facilities were immaculate and close to nature. We love the warm welcome note with fresh farm eggs, we felt special. The farm were breathtaking, with plenty of opportunities for exploring. We can't wait to return for another luxurious glamping getaway!

I had the best time ever at Kimberly’s cabin. Needed a mental reset and this was the perfect place to get away. my dog enjoyed running around the giant field. The 360 degree view of the mountains and sky is amazing. I loved exploring all of the nearby villages. the little IGA in Cambridge had good, affordable food options. I had so much fun, I am definitely coming back.
