Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Washington County

My son and I had a great stay. Very peaceful and quiet. They are pet friendly and my dog had a blast running around. Walking distance to the creek which you can fish or wade in. Doug and Roxanne are great host and make you feel right at home. Would recommend if you want to get away and relax.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and clean tiny house! It was a unique and fun experience. The host was respectful of our privacy and very kind during our brief interactions. The property itself is peaceful and quiet, and the bed was super comfy! The hot tub was perfectly hot and readybto enjoy when we arrived, and we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch- it offered extra space and the high walls added an extra level of privacy. We truly enjoyed our time here, and didnt even take advantage of the patheays amd creek or the beautiful sauna house. We woll definitely stay here again!

Beautiful stay, the wife, I and the dogs really enjoyed the stay. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. Plenty of wilderness to go walking with the dogs

The cabin was very nice. Mini fridge (with freezer) and a microwave available. Nice front deck. I recommend bringing a sleeping pad of some sort to lay on the bed. The mattress’s are thin. You are right next to 2 other cabins. I didn’t look closely in the photos and thought these were secluded. But they are still nice. I can’t speak on how they would feel in the summer time. We went on Memorial Day weekend where the high was only 65° and it was cloudy so our stay was extremely comfortable temperature wise. There is a mini split system installed though. Bath house is a short walk from the cabin. Cabin has charcoal grill and small fire pit area outside of it. Overall I highly recommend. This is on public campground area. RV spots on one side and tent spots on the other side. There were families with kids there during our stay but we never noticed too much noise at all.

Jonathan and team were so helpful and amazing hosts! Their place is beautiful and it was so amazing to be able to hike on hundreds of acres and fish on a private lake. Also, one of the coolest parts is the horses, my wife and I did a trail ride and Jonathan was a great instructor and it was such a cool experience, the horses are amazing and so fun to watch and be around. This is a perfect family get away too, we are planning to come back with our kids and camp as there are great areas for that and they have a great playground and family areas by the lake. Also, Edg-Clif Winery is next door on the private drive and they have some incredible wines and property to tour. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay and take a weekend vacation or a longer retreat, would highly recommend!

We had a great time for mother's day weekend. We fished a ton played board games and cooked around the fire pit. The hosts were so nice brought us wood. It was very peaceful and private. Very clean bathroom. The only con was teepee is right by the main road so if you are a light sleeper like me you nay be up all night because the sound of traffic. We hiked and explored and would definitely recommend.

We had a great time here. So peaceful and quaint and they provided firewood. We were looking for somewhere to stay while we explored Taum Sauk, Elephant Rocks, and Johnsons Shut-ins. All of which were breath taking. If you are looking for a cabin hear Johnsons shut-ins look no further. Thank you Kelly!
