Ia is a great host, my husband and I used this home as a place for our bridal party to get ready at the morning of our wedding. The home is nice and clean and is as photographed. Ia is easy to contact and reply’s quickly. All instructions were clear which made our stay more comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

On our second stay at the South Hill Carriage House confirmed all the fun and relaxation we found the first time we stayed here! The outstanding amenities of the Carriage House make us feel so welcome. Everything we could want, and more than we'd ever think of, are provided. All of that, along with the neighborhood setting offers a great atmosphere for relaxing. We love to walk and while everything is an easy drive, there are endless opportunities for walking, including right outside the Carriage House door! Our new favorite restaurant is the You and Me Cafe, a great spot for coffee, breakfast, or lunch...and it's just a 10 minute walk away (or 2 minutes by car). Stillwater and the surrounding area are filled with beautiful river scenery, delicious food, and interesting shops. Those all made our stay fun.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah's home! The home was so spacious and well equipped - perfect for our group of 8 adults. Sarah was very communicative and responsive. We really enjoyed the beautiful views of the property - the hot tub was also a bonus! We also did the short drive to Stillwater for shopping and restaurants.

They both were wonderfully generous in their communications, flexibility, and accommodating our evolving needs (we were in an earlier than expected delivery of our baby boy!). We’re grateful for their availability, understanding, and kindness. Thank you both!! We had stayed at the Carriage House previously, Nov 2024, and can indeed vouch for the sweet location in Stillwater, close to the very cute downtown, and their very clean and well-appointed digs. We wound stay again in a heartbeat

We felt right at home in this beautiful cozy one level living home. We had experienced a tragedy at our home and were displaced for several months here. We loved this place soooo much it was so hard to go back home and leave here. Great hosts!!!! Super accommodating!!!! Loved every single thing about this place!!! Super friendly neighbors too! We cannot thank them enough for such a warm cozy home with an awesome fireplace! The decks were awesome and the fire pit was very well used by us!! We highly recommend this home to anyone in the area looking for a wonderful place to stay!! Our dog loved chasing the squirrels! Lots of wildlife out there to see. It was the best stay weve had!!! Love the handicap accessible home as a family member of ours was injured at a tragic event that happened at our home and he was able to recover here very well with the roll in shower and wide doorways. Everything here was absolutely perfect!!! Thank you for memories we will never forget here! Loved every day

Mitch’s Airbnb was a beautiful space to stay! It was very clean and had a lot of seating options, with a spacious couch. Mitch was very friendly in his responses and allowed for a flexible check in which was much appreciated. I definitely recommend this space!

This is the second year we stayed at Meg’s place to celebrate Christmas with our children and grandkids. Meg went out of her way and had coffee there for us, candies, nuts and soft fuzzy socks as gifts. The location is fabulous..we walked to restaurants, even though it was winter as everything was so convenient. We also have friends in the immediate area that we could walk to visit, as well as walking around d White Bear Lane. Megs house felt like home! We would love to return next Christmas. 🎄
