Eine tolle, zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Nettes kleines Häuschen mit Umschwung. Natur pur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten sogar ein Feuer machen. Es ist das Geld absolut wert und in jedem Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Отличное место для тех, кто хочет побыть на свежем воздухе, но при этом получать максимум комфорта. У нас была долгожданная встреча с родителями и мы отлично провели время! В доме есть абсолютно всё! Не нужно за собой тянуть ничего! Все как у себя дома! Хозяйка Joanna МЕГА отзывчивый человек! Постоянно на связи и отвечает на все вопросы! К сожалению, у нас сложились обстоятельства, что выезд дальше задержали на 12 часов и Joanna предложила нам остаться еще на пару часов абсолютно бесплатно, так как потом должна была прийти клининговая служба и заезжать следующие жильцы. Мы от всего сердца благодарны Вам, Joanna! Всего наилучшего Вам и всем вашим близким! СПАСИБО!

It was the great house. Host was so nice explain everything in detail and prepare for us everything what we need and what we asked. It was amazing weekend in this house. House looks like in the photo and I can say that it more cozy and comfortable in real. In the day it is a lot sun in the house in the evening we used fireplace and it was so cozy. Kitchen was fully equipped and there was everything from dishes to mixers. We really enjoyed to stay at this house. Hope we will come again soon

Dom jest absolutnie przepiękny i przytulny. Panuje w nim rodzinny klimat. Zorganizowaliśmy tam przyjecie komunijne dla ok 15 osób na tarasie i był to strzał w dziesiątkę. Impreza w ogrodzie, na które cudownie bawili się goście od 2 do 80 roku życia. Grill, pizza, kocyki, spacery. Wieczorem przenieśliśmy się do salonu, rozpaliliśmy kominek i rozsiedliśmy się w fotelach. Dom jest ogromny z fajną kuchnią i dużym salonem na dole, a przestrzenią do spania na piętrze - mamy tam 4 czy 5 dużych pokoi, duże łóżko w części otwartej - w sam raz dla rodziców małych dzieci. Na miejscu czuliśmy się jak w domu rodzinnym, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy i dużo więcej. Goście po imprezie nie chcieli wracać i sporo z nich zostało na noc i kolejny dzień. W ogrodzie sporo miejsc do zabawy dla dzieci - ślizgawka, boisko. Pani Czesława jest przemiłą osobą i polubiliśmy ją od pierwszego kontaktu. Warto przygotować się na komary i meszki na tarasie. Trudno było nam rozstać się z tym miejscem.

Das Haus und der Garten sind eine wunderbare Oase mit viel Charme. Przemysław war sehr gut zu erreichen, hat auf Sonderanfrage sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend reagiert. Alles lief perfekt, von der Kontaktaufnahme, über den sympathischen Check in bis zum tollen Aufenthalt. Wie schön, dass es diese Adresse in Warschau gibt!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Schöne, stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung 20-30 Minuten (je nach Verkehr) von der Warschauer Innenstadt entfernt. Es gibt Parkplätze auf der Straße oder, nach vorheriger Absprache, auch auf dem Grundstück. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Magdalena war stets freundlich und nett. Wir konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken.

I had a wonderful stay at Antoni's place. The hosts were helpful and the communication was brilliant. The apartment is well designed, and every single amenity felt meticulous and convenient. There's a food shop about 300m away with just about any ingredients you need for a meal. It's also really close to the Warsaw airport. 10/10

The location is amazing, a stone's throw away from the central station and with a supermarket, drugstore and a gym 50 m away. The apartment had all the equipment I needed and checkin and checkout were uncomplicated. It is on the ground floor and facing a green area which means limited privacy and insects flying in (in the summer). But apart from that I had a great stay!

We booked 3 nights at Anneta's place and everything was very high quality, kitchen equiped very well, neighborhood very good with Metro station and many restaurant nearby. Parking spot is also easily accesible with elevator.

If you want to stay where the locals live, work, study and shop while also being very close to the ‘tourist’ areas then this is the perfect spot. We loved our little flat - it was very quiet and it had everything we needed and more. The washing machine/dryer, air dryer, ironing board and iron was very useful and appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee machine was great. I would highly recommend staying here

Spacious, stylish and very quiet place. Easy checkin and underground parking. A huge backyard and kids playground nearby. Perfect place for families with kids.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα!! Το σπίτι ήτανε οχι μονο πεντακάθαρο άλλα μύριζε καθαρο απο τη στιγμή που μπαινεις στην πολυκατοικια. Είναι πάρα πολύ άνετο, μείναμε 4 άτομα για 3 μέρες και είχε όλα όσα χρειαστηκαμε και με το παραπάνω. Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιου δεν θα μπορουσε να ειναι καλυτερη, βρίσκεται στην παλια πόλη και μπορεις να περπατησεις απο τα σοκακια της, μεχρι και στον ποταμο Βιστουλα με τα ποδια. Η Mariola υπηρξε παρα πολυ φιλικη και εξυπηρετική οικοδεσπότης, προνόησε για τα πάντα πριν καν φτασουμε στο κατάλυμα και ηταν αναλυτική στις απαντησεις της. Το συστηνω χωρις δευτερη σκέψη, σε μια επομενη επισκεψη μας σιγουρα θα το προτιμησουμε τη Mariola και το καταλυμα αυτό.

Przyjemny pobyt, wszystko bez problemowo :)

We stayed 3 weeks and were happy here. The apartment is cosy and quiet, the curtains and blinds make it nice and dark. Only the bed mattress is very hard. The host is kind, understanding and responsive. The building is walking distance to a mall which has everything, and a tram line to the center. Underground parking right next to the entrance is very convenient.

Very nice place with great location. It is easy to move around with public transport, lots of grocery around. Partner was very clean and beautiful, highly recommend.

Mieszkanie zasługuje na 6, nie 5 gwiazdek. Tak wygodny materac jak się rzadko zdarza, rolety, kilka opcji oswietlenia. widać, że nowe, czyste. jeden tramwaj do centrum, przystanek 3 min od mieszkania

Konrad's apartment is very centrally located and conveniently placed next to central tram lines. The apartment itself was probably the cleanest airbnb I've ever been to, and with high speed wifi and Konrad being extremely attentive and quick to respond, I can definitely see myself coming back whenever I'm in Warsaw again.

L’host ci ha indicato chiaramente tutto il necessario , accogliendoci di persona al check in . L’appartamento molto pulito e nuovo con tutto il necessario lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde e fornello induzione. Anche macchinetta caffè con cialde. Posizione super top vicino a tutto in pieno centro , zona pedonabile.

We had an amazing stay. Everything worth seeing in the city is 30 minutes away by foot. The stadium is 45 minutes away. The place is as described in the listing. Just an fyi - the floor is a bit noisy and if you are with kids it might be a problem for you. It was not for us. If we come back to Warsaw, it will definitely be at Marta and Paweł's place. They both were communicative and extremely friendly.

It couldn't be described better than "central and lovely", as Hanna put it! The apartment is cozy, beautifully designed, and truly feels like home. Despite being in the heart of the city, it's quiet and peaceful, with no road noise, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Everything you could possibly need is close by. Hanna was a wonderful host, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
