Gran’s Cottage is a beautiful three bedroom cottage dating from 1890, fully modernised & refurbished. We can accommodate upto 5 guests in our stonebuilt cottage. A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath Entry to the property by lockbox. Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Fisherman’s Lodge next to Crane Lodge

Close to Bath & Bristol - both 9 mins away by train. 10-15 min walk or 3 min drive to the train station. 15 min walk to Keynsham High Street's shops, bars & restaurants. Our local pub the Lock Keeper is a 5 min walk away. We are alongside the River Avon - from the front door you can walk straight over the fields. The Swan pub in Swineford is roughly a 45 min walk away & The Bird in Hand in Saltford is approx the same, all of which serve good food. There are many quality golf courses close by.

Located in the ancient village of Doynton, Apple Tree is a little gem if you want peace and quiet but, want to be within a short drive of Bath (15min), Bristol (20min) and the Cotswolds. The cottage is beautifully converted, with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The countryside is outside the door and a 2min walk, a fantastic food pub - The Cross House. With the Cotswolds on your doorstep, places such as Westonbirt Arboretum, Badminton and Dyhram Park (NT) are a short drive.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Cherry Blossom Hut is a cosy shepherd's hut for two at Myrtle Farm, between Bristol and Bath. Perfect for a romantic getaway or exploring the South West. Outside, enjoy a private hot tub, seating area and firepit. An optional firewood package includes firewood, firelighters, BBQ utensils and marshmallows. Inside are a double bed, sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, induction hob and fridge with ice box. Sorry, no pets or children due to livestock on the farm.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.
