Wij wonen in het achterhuis. Ideaal voor fietsers en wandelaars. Slechts 3 km van Steenwijk centrum en 3.9. km van het NS station. Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Located between Gees forestry and the Mantingerveld, with an unobstructed view over farmlands. Our farm was completely newly built in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit. 1 ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.
