Located directly in the center of town on the Lake Constance-Königsee cycle path between Lindau and Oberstdorf. An ideal starting point for all activities. There is a shopping facility in the village at the "Regiomat" where you can buy milk, eggs, meat and drinks 24 hours a day, as well as on Saturday at the bakery in the village. The nearest small shop is 2 km away.

Apartment in Niederwangen in the Allgäu

The local recreation area of Niederwangen invites you to hike, run and cycle in summer. In winter, it serves as the perfect starting point for winter sports fans due to its proximity to the Allgäu Alps and the cross-country trails right in the village. The nearby Lake Constance, the cities of Lindau (17 km) and Wangen im Allgäu (4 km) offer a variety of sports and excursion possibilities, so that holidays are possible here all year round. The Fichtenzauber vacation home was created from old spruce timber. It is located on the outskirts of Riedhausen and is located on the farm grounds in the middle of the countryside. In the immediate vicinity is the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried Nature Reserve, the second largest moor area in southwestern Germany. This natural experience is within walking distance and offers the opportunity to participate in various guided tours. In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Stylish apartment in the countryside - very central

Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located place. In less than a 5-minute walk you are in the middle of the old town of Wangen. You are also welcome to rent bicycles or SUP boards from us to explore the Allgäu with a bike tour or on the water. The apartment has its own entrance and is very quietly located in the countryside. The bedroom can accommodate 2 people. The sofa bed in a separate room for another 2 people. Ideal for 2-4 guests.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

Shepherd's hut "Wolkakratzer" near Wolfegg

Wake up in the morning overlooking the Achtal and enjoy the view of Wolfegg Castle all the way to the Allgäu Alps. You can set up the chair and table in or in front of the trailer and take a break from everyday life on the edge of the donkey pasture. If you would like an organic quality breakfast (€15/person), you can order it from us on site or buy something for your stay in our organic shop. It's worth staying more than one night...

Favorite place with sauna area for cold days

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.

Small idyllic courtyard

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. The former, almost 200-year-old sawmill is surrounded by nature reserves and borders directly on a stream. A private source supplies the property with excellent drinking water. In addition to the charm of an old, cozy house, the property has plenty of space and room for privacy.
