Beautiful apartment in Wangen/Allgäu close to the center

In the heart of the Allgäu, near Lake Constance, I offer an apartment on the 2nd floor on the left with 2 bedrooms, a dining area and a kitchenette. 2 steps across the hall is the bathroom. The areas mentioned are only used by the guests. The house entrance is not separate. We live downstairs in the house and on the 1st floor on the right. So, there is usually someone on site and we are happy to help with any questions. The house is located on the outskirts of town in a secluded location. It is about a 1 km walk to the city center and about 200 m to the forest.

Der Naherholungsort Niederwangen lädt im Sommer zum Wandern, Laufen und Radfahren ein. Im Winter dient er als perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wintersportfans durch die Nähe zu den Allgäuer Alpen sowie den Langlaufloipen direkt im Ort. Vielfältige Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bietet der nahegelegene Bodensee, die Städte Lindau (17 km) und Wangen im Allgäu (4 km), so dass hier Urlaub ganzjährig möglich ist. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Radweg, von wo aus man zahlreiche Touren starten kann.

Das gemütliche Appartment besteht aus einem großen Raum im Erdgeschoss, mit angrenzendem Bad sowie einem Obergeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Es befindet sich im liebevoll renovierten ehemaligen Stallgebäude unseres Bauernhauses. Dieses liegt in einem ländlichen aber ortsnahen Teil von Tettnang ca. 8 km vom Bodensee entfernt. Die Wohnung vereint den Charme ehemaliger bäuerlicher Nutzung mit einer modernen Ausstattung. Der Kamin bietet gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit ein besonderes Ambiente.

Die Wohnung bietet neben TV und kostenlosem WLAN, ein bequemes Bett (1,6x2,0m) & Sofa & Kaffeemaschine & Wasserkocher & Bibliothek & Modernes Bad ist mit Dusche Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Für Erholungsuchende, sowie für Geschäftskunden ist die Wohnung ideal. Vielfältige Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bieten der nahegelegene Bodensee und die Berge. Die örtl. Infrastruktur bietet ebenfalls alles was das Herz begehrt.

Ihr wohnt in einem neu aufgebauten Bauernhaus. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Familienbett(2,70m x 2m). Gemütlicher Wohn- Essbereich mit Zugang auf den Balkon von dort Blick in die Berge. Schlafsofa für 2 weitere Personen. Essbereich für mindestens 6 Personen. Im Sommer Pool zur Mitbenutzung im Freien. In den Wintermonaten haben wir unsere Sauna in Betrieb. In der könnt ihr an kalten Herbst oder Wintertagen relaxen. Sehr großes Badezimmer mit Familiendusche. Zzgl. ortsüblicher Kurtaxe.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Die Gästewohnung mit Blick auf das angrenzende FFH-Gebiet befindet sich in unserem Haus in einem abgetrennten Bereich (Schallschutztür) mit separatem Eingang. Ihr kommt per Code jederzeit in die Wohnung und schließt sie mit dem Code ab. Das Zimmer und Bad haben Fußbodenheizung bzw. Kühlung im Sommer. Ein Babybett (120x60 cm) sowie ein Hochstuhl sind auf Anfrage vorhanden. Die Sauna kann dazu gebucht werden (25€ für einen Slot, ca. 3-4 Stunden inkl. Saunatüchern).

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located place. In less than a 5-minute walk you are in the middle of the old town of Wangen. You are also welcome to rent bicycles or SUP boards from us to explore the Allgäu with a bike tour or on the water. The apartment has its own entrance and is very quietly located in the countryside. The bedroom can accommodate 2 people. The sofa bed in a separate room for another 2 people. Ideal for 2-4 guests.
