We offer our tiny house, attached to the main house. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens. The cottage is in the south of Speyer in a COMMERCIAL AREA and can be rented from a minimum of 2 nights are booked. Close to the riverside forest and only 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by foot from the cathedral and the city center. There is a bus stop nearby. Wi-Fi is available, but very, very bad.

Small cozy bright attic apartment in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Currently the one in the living room is defective, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house where you can also sit comfortably. If someone wants to lock up or charge a bicycle or motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with power connection.

The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, as well as underfloor heating. A sofa bed 180 x 200 meters or a 3rd bed are possible. I booked for my aunt. This was very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable right away. Room and bathroom very tastefully decorated. Even a coffee machine and of course coffee, filters, etc. are there. The room has direct access to the terrace, which can be shared. View of the paradise garden. I am happy to host guests here again at any time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tinyhouse! Everything was exactly as described – very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished. The three of us felt completely comfortable. We lacked nothing in the kitchen, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The garden and surroundings are quiet and idyllic – perfect for switching off. There are beautiful bathing lakes and nice restaurants nearby.

Tobias' Airbnb is fabulous. 5 stars are not enough. The room is spacious, has daylight and shutters and is equipped with everything you need, even an iron would have been there. There was nothing missing and very comfortable beds and everything extremely clean and a large bathroom. I'd love to come back.

Jörg immediately sent me the info regarding check-in, rules for the stay, etc. The room was well maintained, with towel, fan, ample storage space, etc. Bathroom and kitchen were in good condition and there were even some hot drinks in the kitchen. I'd love to come back!
