We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

Perfect place to stay for a fall weekend. We arrived at Friday night and found everything as described. Saturday we went to one of the nice cafes and then to Bouddi National Park. In the afternoon I took a trip around the lake in one of the kayaks. That was pretty amazing. The trip was great and the place is very nice for a weekend with friends. Thanks Stephen!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Peaceful weekend getaway in family. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The place had everything we needed for our stay with extra thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. It was lovely to feed the animals and use the firepit to roast marshmallows 😋 Thanks so much Kristen and Paul!

This was a last minute booking due to the floods we had a cancellation and was trying to find accommodation on the same afternoon we were trying to book. Winston was amazing and answered all my questions and very accommodating and had everything ready for us even though we booked 2 hours before we arrived! He was responsive all throughout and helped us get to the property & avoid closed roads. Everything was perfect and we felt right at home, the kids loved the games room and were occupied the whole weekend. Highly recommend this property!! Thank you Winston

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! We found Helgas home to be exactly what we wanted, warm, clean and homely. Helga was a lovely host who always ensured we were ok and our doggo and ourselves would stay here again when visiting Pearl Beach. Thank you Helga!

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

We were blown away the second we stepped into Sandy's place. The pictures do not do this place justice - it is so much more spacious than we imagined! It has everything you'll need and things you didn't think you'd need (I won't spoil any surprise) - Sandy has thought of everything and has gone above and beyond expectations. The place was immaculate, and everything felt new and of top quality. Located in a cul-de-sac, the place was the perfect getaway from the bustling Terrigal esplanade. We enjoyed the fact we could walk to everything (beaches, lagoon, cafes, shops, restaurants) we wanted to go to, especially as we were there during the busy long weekend. Sandy did an amazing job of managing our enquiries, booking, and requested changes by her timely, friendly, and informative responses. We can't wait to stay at Sandy's place again and will be recommending to our family and friends!

They were so responsive and accommodating! The house was even nicer than on the pictures and we had a lovely stay. Nothing could have been better and we cannot recommend this house and hosts more.

I had a lovely stay at Tina and Chris’s place! Although I didn’t get to meet Tina in person, she was incredibly responsive and helpful through messages. Chris was so welcoming and friendly—it truly felt like a home. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

What a great apartment! Close to everything we needed during our stay, loved how close it was to coles and a few other shops. Walking distance to the beach and four pines park- thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Xanthe's place has a lovely aspect, is very quite (there is a Police Station at the end of the road that might help;), has a lot of sun light and is very comfortable. The deck area is very large so great for our dog and all the amenities worked as described. The sofa, dinning table and decor were very nice and rustic and the kids loved the sunroom with a hammock chair. The street itself suited us perfectly. The area is within walking distance to Mona Vale and lots of shops and gyms etc, walk to the beach and dog park, close to the B1 bus to the city and also easy access to anywhere else on the Northern Beaches.

Lucienne’s place was great! I really enjoyed staying there and Lucienne is a fabulous host! I will definitely stay again :) Cheers, Tim

Jamie was an excellent host. The communication was amazing. He gave a lot of clear instructions on everything in the accomodation and gave a lot of recommendations on the area. It was an excellent experience to have Jamie as a host. Truly wonderful.

We had an amazing holiday. Adam and Sarah's apartment was absolutely lovely - beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. they had left clear instructions. The apartment was located within easy walking distance of shops and the gorgeous Dee Why beach and restaurants and on the main bus route to other places. Would highly recommend.

Best location!!It is very easy to walk to the restaurant shop station.The house is very new, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bed and pillows in the bedroom are very comfortable and very comfortable for us to rest very well on airbnb It is very difficult to find it very recommended on airbnb
