I had a most enjoyable six weeks stay , in comfortable accommodation and pleasant surroundings , within easy walking of beaches and cafes . For anyone wishing to see more of the Northern Beaches this is a good central location , also with good transport options in to the city . I appreciated the privacy of the accommodation , but the hosts were readily available , and willing to help , if needed .

This place is a hidden gem! We were so pleased that we happened to fluke this place as our stay before heading to Newcastle and were so pleased! It was such a quiet, peaceful place to stay. It’s out of the busyness of the city but close enough to everything if you need. Berowra waters is just down the road. We had two young children with us and found we had plenty of room for us all. The beds were SUPER comfortable, beautiful linens and had everything we could need. The host was very kind and helpful! The only downside was we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A perfect place to stay, beautiful apartment, extremely clean and has everything you would ever need. Trudie has been very responsive to messages and very welcoming. A short 3 minute stroll to the lovely beach, with excellent restaurants and cafes. An even shorter walk to the bus stop, with many regular buses which can take you in any direction. 100% recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again if in the area. Thank you for a great stay 😀

Look no further! Home away from home! 5 star location (walking distance to spas, market, restaurants, ferry, etc...), 5 star home (super clean, ALL amenities possible, very cozy) and 5 star host who displayed a great deal of flexibility with a 4 year old. Not only was Tracy’s guesthouse incredible, Tracy herself was the best host I’ve had in three decades and as many continents. There should be a special 6-star rating reserved for hosts like Tracy.

had an excellent stay at this Airbnb in Bateau Bay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to local cafes and shops. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor space was a great spot to relax. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful coastal getaway, I highly recommend this place! I’ll definitely be returning.

Lisa opened her flat to my son and his partner. She was very helpful, open, and genuinely caring. I know they appreciate her immensely, and I could rest assured that they were comfortably enjoying their accommodations on the other side of the world. We had such a wonderful stay at Sam’s place! The house was so beautiful and clean and set up so well! Everything was just perfect and Sam is an amazing host!! Superhost!!!!

Really great place and hosts. The space was a good size, had a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials and a spacious bathroom and shower. Close to the beach but not too many restaurants close by. Hosts were lovely and answered all questions promptly. Even brought us some spaghetti on a public holiday when restaurants were closed, much appreciated Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Alice & Israel's place over the Easter weekend. Their home is clean, spacious & beautifully decorated with lots of homely touches. The outdoor terrace was ideal for catching the morning sun with a coffee & we really enjoyed the nearby coastal walk to Shelly beach. I would highly recommend this place if you are holidaying in the central coast!

We recently stayed at this property and can confidently say it was exactly as described. Communication was a breeze from start to finish, which made the entire experience stress-free. The space was incredibly roomy, spotlessly clean, and clearly well-maintained. The shower, in particular, was amazing—truly a highlight of the stay. Overall, I rate my experience a perfect 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

The Nest was a beautiful and cosy little place to stay which was perfect for my Easter weekend getaway. It was convenient with the included parking spot, although it is slightly offroad. It was also walking distance to the restuarants in the area by accessing a flight of stairs near by. We recommend Joanne's place!

Sarah's place is a lovely Studio in a quiet neighbourhood that suited me well to see my nearby living family. The pantry is kindly stocked with fresh produce and essentials. Flowers on the table made me feel really welcome. The layout is fairly modern and very practical with washer, dish washer and full kitchen. There is also a comfortable bed for good nights sleep, fly screens and Aircon. Communication with Sarah is easy with quick response, great advise and informative notes. Shops are close by. Having a car made moving around easy for me, with Manly and other beautiful Northern Beaches about 20min away. Close by Nationalparks for shorter and longer bushwalks, some with amazing views of Sydney Harbours Bays and Coves. St. Yves Wilderness Gardens about 12min drive. I very much enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend the place to other guests.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautifully presented cottage. It was immaculately clean with modern furnishings and bedding. Very well stocked with everything you need. Mary was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this to everyone and look forward to returning.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ella’s place is clean, comfortable, has all the amenities and is in easy walking distance to the beach. The hot tub is an added bonus and we both enjoyed during some cooler weather. Thanks Ella!

Linda and Ian were very accommodating when we needed to arrive earlier than expected. The place was very spacious and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Lots of other touches that made us feel welcome. Very peaceful with beautiful gardens which the kangaroos also enjoyed in the evening.

Had a great stay at The Tin Shack. Everything is exactly as advertised and house is spotless. I would highly recommend Mark's place.

Jamie and Zoe are very thoughtful and responsive hosts. The place is a lovely getaway, a short walk to the beach and shops but in a quiet location. The house is equipped with everything you need and the outdoor plunge pool is a serene spot to relax. The shower is the best after a day at the beach or enjoying a coastal walk taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. Highly recommend for a peaceful beach getaway. Wonderful and friendly hosts made the getaway even more enjoyable. Don’t hesitate to book this for your next getaway!

A fantastic place to stay for a few nights or even longer, Paul is such a great host. The home was exceptionally clean, the spa bath was absolutely delightful and his instructions are very very clear! The surroundings?! Beautiful and we felt right at home. I’ve already begun recommending Paul’s stay to all our friends.

Such an absolutely stunning place! We had a beautiful stay here, the place is so well appointed and has everything you could need. The extra touches of wine and breakfast provisions were so lovely.

I am a repeat guest for a reason as the lake house is a quaint slice of paradise in a truly unbeatable location. I couldn't get enough of sunset paddles on the lake and admiring the ever-changing view, so much so that I can't wait to be back!

Vicki and Doug's place was excellent, they were lovely and great to deal with, they had thoughtful and generous inclusions and the house is lovely. The pictures don't do it justice, it is much larger and more spacious in person. The amenities are great, the lake at sunset is beautiful and the house is close to the heated pool, so would be great in the cooler months as well. We will definitely be coming back, and would recommend the house for anyone looking for a holiday.
