We loved staying at Bob and Jen’s place! It was so peaceful and a perfect place to have some quiet time. About 20 minutes from the nearest town and about an hour to Acadia, so it was a great distance for things to do. Would definitely come back if we go back that way!

The view was stunning, and I loved how the house was fully equipped with everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Lisa and Colin made my stay in Maine super easy and inviting! It was my first time traveling to the area, and with my dog, so I was a bit nervous. There was a sweet sign and dog treats and jam on the kitchen table to welcome us! The cabin was in a secluded area so it was very peaceful and great to take my dog out for walks on the surrounding land. They provided more information about the cabin prior to my arrival and made the check in/check out a breeze. The cabin was clean and had extra toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc. stocked in case you needed it. They had a binder with local recommendations and things to do in the area, which was much appreciated! It was perfect for my trip and I would definitely stay there again! Lisa and Colin, thank you for letting me stay there and for your hospitality!
