Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

Great spacious home, perfect for the occasion. My family traveled for a wedding and the space was perfect. I wish there were longer mirrors to check the entire outfit. Comfortable beds and pillows. Enough wine glasses for a toast. The supermarket was close by. We created very beautiful memories there. Thank you.

Beautiful home in a great area and upscale neighborhood near Redondo Beach Pier and Marina with great restaurants and shopping in palm tree lined streets. Spacious kitchen and huge en suite with large sitting area, walk- in closet, large bathtub and separate shower, two sinks with lots of counter space and vanity area. All bedrooms have nice attached bathrooms, plus’s there’s a half bath guest bathroom, great for privacy.

Pros- Excellent location! Very close to Universal Hollywood, Walk of Fame, The Bus Tours, local restaurants and gas stations. Cons- Although not in most bnb’s, washer and dryer not included, which would have helped particularly for the bed sheets ( two of us may have been taken a bite out of and it was not mosquitoes). Bathrooms have sheer curtains, lacking privacy for those who may mind being watched by birds or drones lol. This home has a 1930’s old but Elite vibe with a fantastic view of the city , especially at night. It is quiet and peaceful. The very narrow road in the division reminds me of the architecture of Paris. Great stay overall.

Very good communication. Easy instructions, great place for a big family in a quiet neighborhood. Place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen ware. We even got to see fireworks from the theme park! Would stay again if the need arises.

Jade’s home was beautiful! My family and I enjoyed every minute :) it was exactly as described and included the very best amenities! Plenty of towels and things needed for our trip! It was fully stocked and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again! Jade was very responsive, friendly and accommodating! We came for a 2 day Disneyland trip and it was the perfect location, not too far from the park! Highly recommend :)

This place definitely served its purpose - to give our kids a fun, unique, relaxing, and private place to swim over spring break. The house had pretty much all we needed and whatever we forgot could easily be bought at one of the many nearby retail stores (Target, Vons, etc.). I liked that there were so many choices for food right outside the neighborhood but also convenient proximity to the freeway if we needed to go out of the area. The place definitely has a cozy and family friendly vibe. We enjoyed our stay!

This home is beautiful. I loved that this home had more than the bare minimum of furniture. It truly felt like home. Tommy was a great host, answered all our questions and checked on us a few times. House rules clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. We parked on the street and entered the home to access the gate key. Once parking was situated we were able to immediately relax because the amenities. From the pool, to the hot tub, guest house, and the kitchen. Omg the kitchen, and the provided cookware/dishes, request to use plastic by the pool were provided. I was able to cook dinner without buying additional items. The art work was cool, and the yard felt like you were worlds away on vacay! Sitting by the fire laughing and talking nightly was a highlight. Thank you Tommy for providing such a wonderful getaway!

This was a fun and cute place for our family to stay for our Disneyland trip! Clean and fun!

Loved the location and the atmosphere. Susan had top quality products available for our use. The beds weren’t the most comfortable And we had to pay to secure parking at the house but I would still book this location. The home is beautiful inside and out, it was well maintained and clean, it’s walking distance to the beach and to many other local places that were awesome. Found some great tea/coffee shops, a really cool clothing boutique (BeMe chic) and other good restaurants. Thank you Susan for hosting me and my family this weekend.

Annie was wonderful. We booked 4 rooms for my daughter’s graduation. Annie was so kind and gave us access to yard for a gathering of her roommates and families. Absolutely wonderful. All those that attended commented on how nice it was.

Really awesome host and amazing place! the drive way & garage fits 3 cars. our party had more than that for our bachlorette and were able to find street parking. Be careful with the street parking though: there were some trees that got sticky sap all over the cars and pollen/leaves clung to it.

We had an amazing stay at Silvia’s stunning 5-bedroom home! She was incredibly helpful and responsive, even accommodating our last-minute request with ease. Her communication was prompt and thoughtful, which made everything smooth from the start. We were visiting from Los Angeles to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and this place made it truly special. The property itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately maintained. Each bedroom was cozy and well-appointed, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the overall attention to detail made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and elegant getaway.
