Located in one of Geelong's most sought after suburbs, this bright and airy private studio provides a welcome retreat close to the heart of the city, whilst offering quick and easy access to everything Geelong has to offer. Being brick with double-glazed windows, the space is quiet and peaceful. And the private deck, which is screened by a hedge, offers secluded outdoor sitting. On colder evenings, the gas log fire is a treat. The ensuite is clean and well lit and boasts a roomy double shower.

In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.
