The toilet is separate to the rest of the main bathroom. There is a green backyard with an outdoor setting to enjoy a breath of fresh air or a glass of wine. The garage will be locked for storage, as are 2 bedrooms. I give my guests space but am available (in-person or over the phone) when needed throughout your stay. Adelaide’s city centre is 10 minutes away by car or 20 by bus. An easy 10-minute walk will reach Adelaide’s Linear Park, a cycling/walking track that winds its way from the Adelaide Hills through the city, then to the beach. 10mins by car/Uber or 20mins by bus to Adelaide’s city centre (It’s a 2 minute walk to bus stop 15 on Payneham Road). Nearby gyms include Goodlife Payneham, Anytime Fitness Campbelltown and the ARC Recreation Centre Campbelltown (where there is an indoor pool, gym and courts). While most shops close by 9pm on weekdays, IGA Campbelltown is open until midnight for the late night grocery run or other needs. If your family is coming to visit you during your stay, you can also upgrade to 2 bedrooms which sleeps up to 5 people. This cottage features traditional architectural elements like high ceilings and arched walls which are elevated by the modern interior. Spend the day out on the sunny patio before getting cosy in the living room by the indoor fireplace. (fireplace not able to be lit due to fire restrictions) Our cottage is quite unique, situated one street away from the vibrant and cosmopolitan Melbourne Street, which has many pubs, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. There is also free parking out the front of the cottage. We also have a coffee machine. The whole cottage is available to guests. We are available by phone for any questions or queries. We are not on site, but not far away, we are quite willing to come over. North Adelaide is a leafy neighbourhood with lovely old bluestone cottages and lots of character. This home is very close to restaurants, pubs, cafes and convenience stores and an easy to drive to great spots like Barossa Valley and Adelaide Hills. Parking is available on site, there is also parking out front of the cottage on the street, there are restrictions on the weekend out the front BUT not over the road(URL HIDDEN) You can walk to the bus stops easily from the property. Free public transport is available to the city. The cottage is airconditioned but in the really hot weather it does not reach into the bedrooms, we have supplied fans in both bedrooms. Space & peace to self isolate in beautiful surroundings with lots of trees & fabulous views. Sit by the wood combustion fire & warm your soul or lie in until lunchtime in soft linen sheets, listening to birdsong. Lost in the Vines is a very private space in the McLaren Vale wine district, surrounded by vines & views, with lots of great walks, wineries & restaurants nearby. The house is all yours but I am generally around if you have any queries. Walk, ride, read or just kick back & enjoy a bottle of wine from our vineyard.

This sweet house is perfect for any type of visitor. The house is off the street, with a nice private space for you to enjoy. It is well equipped for staying in, with a full kitchen, as well as a nice base for the active traveler. The area is fantastic, offering pubs, cafes/restaurants and lots of shopping. There are supermarkets very close by too. It's a safe area, everything is walking distance from the house - including bus stops to get you to the CBD (15-20mins) and beyond!
