The place perfectly matched the description, had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and felt like a home away from home. Suzy is a wonderful host, and Vlada was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The apartment is in a beautifully restored building, situated in a quiet and peaceful village. There are green meadows and a pine forest nearby, which made it a lovely spot to relax and enjoy nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Vladi, Suzy, and their team provided exceptional hospitality, offering great tips for local excursions. The accommodation was charming, spacious, and perfect for our stay. My children (13&14) especially loved the poolhouse. We had a fantastic time with a variety of activities, including fishing, swimming, bowling, shopping, and visiting sights like Baumwipfelweg in Lipno, Cesky Krumlov’s Mantelbrücke, and the ice hokey game in Budvar (IHFF Women's World Championship). We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for everything!

Great place for family reunion, small party or friendly wellness gathering. Only thing we would appreciate would be new firm mattress.

Sarkas Cottage is truly a beautiful spot somewhere in the Czech nowhere - - if you want to go into town, you can also get there quickly by car. - The kids had a lot of fun in the hot tub - an in-house sauna would complete the offer. Communication with Sarka was quick, friendly and straightforward. I highly recommend it. ❤️

We were extremely satisfied. Viktor is a very nice host, accommodating, helpful.. The holiday cottage he rents is very tasteful, comfortable and practically furnished (well-equipped kitchen). The surroundings of the cottage are very romantic, even nicer than in the photos. It attracts beautifully to lounging, idling, bathing in a barrel with warm water until night, going for a beer and a great dinner opposite to a small pub... but the landlord will also advise you on how to bike, where there is a pond for swimming... just such secrets of the region that you can't find on the map. We definitely want to come back here and thank you so much for a lovely long weekend.

The host responded quickly to messages, greeted us when we arrived, and briefly showed where it was. Kada has already been heated up. The cottage did not lack board games for children and adults, toys from car to plush, slippers (these were needed, especially on the ground floor where the tiles are cool), 3 pieces of bathrobes, capsules for the coffee maker (15kč), full kitchen equipment. Plenty of storage. The land has uneven terrain, lots of stairs, not very suitable for the smallest children. Older kids loved the playhouse.

Great location for nearby getaways. The kitchen is very small, basic equipped and only with a double stove. Possibility to sit outside and have a fire in the garden and barbecue. Unsightful equipment folded in the back of the property, unsafe for children.

Great hosts. Very nice farmhouse. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. The village offers a quiet environment. Perfect for relaxing. Also for our little dog. There were no problems between our dog and the hosts' dogs. We had a relaxing vacation and a good time. Thank you very much.

A beautiful farm on a secluded, paradise and very large property. Many beautiful places can be found - inside and out - to relax and unwind. Katrin was always available immediately and is a very likeable and accommodating host. Looking forward to seeing you again - we will be back :=)!!

Perfect place for the week at my conference! A nice quiet reprieve from the busy days while also being close to the city center!

We booked this place just because it was exactly half way through our journey from Poland to Croatia. And we feel sad we didn’t have the time or power to explore this beautiful house and the nature around it. When we woke up with the singing of the birds and small river rushing right next to the chalet we were amazed. House is perfectly equipped for a big family stay, kids room, toys, smell of wood inside. Beautiful garden and area to play. Absolutely perfect. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions when we told him we will come late in the evening. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to get away from city rush and rest their minds and body. 10/10

Maja was the sweetest host we have ever had - so grandmotherly! She even picked up us during check -in because we missed our bus, and she made us breakfast and made sure we packed lunch during our hiking trip. Overall an amazing stay that made us feel like we just visited our grandma :)

We stayed with our family and everyone was excited to go. The cottage is superbly located, gives you privacy, and is perfect for a large group of people. The host has always responded and advised quickly, and thank you for your flexibility with check-in and checkout times. 🍀

Great location, very nice cabin

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Beautiful nature around the accommodation and a beautiful garden. Communication with the owner went well. We'll be back.

Although the weather was not particularly great, we stayed well at Eva's house. Sauna, fireplace, covered seating and the large kitchen made it easy for us. The house is a good start for excursions in the area, be it by car or bike. Krems is great and very close. The wine lover has a rich selection in the area and can also find further suggestions in the wine cellar of the accommodation.

The house is just lovely and idyllic. Toys for the children were good and practical. The area is just a dream if you need a quiet environment. We felt very comfortable. The property is large and spacious. There were also outdoor play activities for all ages.😊👍 If there were still fassauna and a hot tub on such a large property, then the accommodation would be a full💯☺️. The place is very well suited for this ✅😄 Many thanks to the hostess. Everything went smoothly. 🫶

Nice cabin for quiet hours in nature. Located not far from Krumlov and Budweis, which allows for beautiful excursions. In the winter at first, however, it got cuddly warm after some time thanks to the great fireplace. It was a very nice stay for us.

The apartment was in a great location and the perfect size for two for a weekend. Veronika was very accommodating and helpful. Will stay again.

Eva is a great host, friendly, attentive and helpful. The accommodation we liked very well. This is an old house that has been lovingly prepared. At 35 degrees outside temperature, it was pleasantly cool inside. On the terrace with a large table, 4 chairs and an umbrella, we could end the evening with a glass of wine after a busy day of excursions. We really enjoyed the week. Thank you !

very nicely situated in a small village outside of melk. 715 bus to Krems is also worth doing.

Forstammt house is a quiet and magical place to stay at the edge of the forrest. Very spacious and well-equipped house ( incl. good sound system) with lots of nice places to sit and relax. There is a huge amount of toys for the kids inside as well as bikes and a playground outside. Martin was very responsive to messages from check-in to check-out . A stay at Martin and Katarina's house comes highly recommended!
