Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

We were a three-generation family of 5 who had a truly great stay here. It was super clean and has character. We were happy for the coffee, ease of parking, and local places to go. Was so great to be in a lovely neighborhood that was a short drive to the National Mall. Nathan was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Kids loved the board games. Thank you so much for a fantastic DC trip!!

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

His place has everything you would need. There were lots of snacks that were left for us, as well as kitchen basics for cooking. Lots of toiletries in case you forgot something.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very comfortable for our family of five with the three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was extremely clean and neat. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet neighborhood with several nice restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Washington. The only minor problem was finding a place to park on the street, but that comes with staying in a big city.

Great location to access public transportation. Plenty of room for family of 4. Nice to be able to park your vehicle off of the street.

Stayed with my kids (5 & 9) and the amenities and location were awesome. My kids loved feeling like locals, the neighborhood is cute and friendly. Only call outs were that the towels seemed very well used and you need to ask for a parking permit well in advance for street parking. Otherwise, was great!

Amazing and clean place! Loved the book collection, extra blankets and pillows, and tea!

Fantastic location: a green little oasis within walking distance of the mall and the ward - the street has very low traffic and is lined with huge shady trees, a great place to walk your dog. Also only a few blocks from the subway, a grocery store and a few good places to eat. Super cool house: nice big rooms and lovely views from the front and back - the balcony and back patio are great places to relax between museum excursions. We stayed at this house last year and loved it so much we came back. Nothing has changed, unfortunately the dishwasher is still broken, even so, we'd love to come back again next year.

We had a really nice stay and Georgetown is absolutely the best neighbourhood to stay in in DC. We wished the bathrooms were a little larger and the downstairs is a little dark but they’ve done a really great job with the space. Would stay again!

Nice host, from the house it is fine to explore the city both on foot but public transport is also around the corner. It is a nice spacious house. We enjoyed very much.

Our family of 5 stayed for 5 days and our kids rated our vacation 10/10. May is an excellent host! We opted for the parking pass and it was a relief to have parking in a zone for the week for days we opted for the metro. We used the metro at the NoMa stop which was an 11-minute walk from the house (downhill to the metro, uphill on the way back). Super easy to find and use. The neighborhood was beautiful and clean. There were restaurants and shops a few blocks away, just a 10 minute walk. There is a Trader Joe’s with parking close by or you could Instacart - we did both. Super convenient location. The home had everything we needed. The pull out bed was large and comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom had a great shower. There were plenty of linens and towels. There’s a little back porch area with lights and it was a really nice retreat at night and in the early mornings. We would stay here again and will recommend this to our friends and family!

Another great stay! We returned after last year's stay, and we found that the new furniture - sofa and dning table - made the living area even better. Beds were comfy, and having the "granny flat" downstairs gave the grandparents the space and privacy they needed.

Samantha’s place was well-appointed, clean, and in a great location! Our family of 5 was comfortable and it was nice for us to all be able to have our own space and have two bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked! Not only were there lots of dishes, cups, mugs, utensils, the kitchen was well stocked with coffee, spices, olive oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil. We were able to easily walk to Barracks Row, The Roost, and metro stops. The pictures were an accurate representation of the townhouse. It was a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place! It felt just like home—super cozy and had everything we needed. It was also really convenient being close to supermarkets and great restaurants. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

This is a lovely place—clean, well-organized, and very comfortable to live in. Eddie is incredibly thoughtful, having prepared all the essentials, plus books and toys for the kids, which was a wonderful touch. The location is super convenient—within walking distance to Capitol Hill, as well as a pharmacy and grocery store.

Best airbnb experience so far. Everything was great, clean rooms, very safe place to stay with family and kids. And for sure our host Tech is the best! He did everything to make our stay comfortable and feel like home. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Daniel‘s place was cozy and exactly as described. I love the little patio and that ended up being my happy place. Daniel was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay again when I come back to the area.

The host did a good job overall. Some items in reality looked a little worse than in the pictures. We had an issue which was safety related, and the couch was broken when we got there. The house did a good job of fixing the situation and offered compensation. Goal was not the compensation, but rather to have a good experience and host Did a good job about that. In the end, I would recommend the host and the place and would recommend to the host that some of the furniture which has seen better days should be replaced. I’ve been so blessed by having amazing host through Airbnb, and Eugene was definitely one of the amazing host. Any question I had he got back almost immediately, very friendly and helpful. Eugene’s apartment was exactly as he described it, very clean, cozy, and the beds could not have been more comfortable. If we get the chance to return to Washington, we would love to stay with him again. Thank you

Highly recommend This little gem. Very clean, comfortable. Luis has a lot of essential for you to use , if you forgot anything. His location is in a great spot. Near downtown, the monuments, (white house) and the national park. Easy access to the train, which we loved! Check in and check out was a breeze. We had breakfast at bust boy & poets near his home on our last day. Excellent restaurant. We enjoyed our stay very much
