We stayed at the turn of the year. The location requires a car The closer and wider area has plenty to offer especially for hiking enthusiasts. The apartment is rustically cozy. However, you should be good to walk due to the steep stairs. The kitchen equipment (dishes/cutlery) was a bit spartan. We would have liked a little more. As it is a courtyard, we were initially mistaken around looking for the key safe. But since we were sighted right away, the problem was quick to fix. Parking is easily possible. Very good shopping facilities are available in the neighboring village of Erbendorf.

The small apartment of Katharina and Max was ideal for our stopover on the return trip to Berlin. Max welcomed us very warmly and gave helpful tips for the evening. We had a very pleasant stay. For a short trip to Regensburg, we highly recommend the accommodation. A bakery, restaurant and grocery stores are within walking distance. The city center is also not too far away. Karl is a friendly and kind man and his Gasthof is wonderful! We loved the balcony and the peaceful backyard view. Laaber is a lovely old German village and we hope to visit again. It’s a great launch point to visit many cities like Regensburg/Nuremburg/Munich. Also they have a pastry shop and restaurant below the residence but it is only open on weekends for now. Locals told me great things about it and I hope to stay again when it is open so I can try the Konditorei!! Thanks for everything Karl!!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment is really great for one person and I felt really comfortable. The only point I have something to complain about is the wifi. It's there, but not very strong. It takes a very long time to play videos or to download things. But the rest of the apartment is really very good. It is a very pleasant time and if I come back to the area again, I will definitely see if the apartment is available again.

A quiet apartment in a holiday village in the Palatinate Forest. We had nice neighbors, and experienced a beautiful scenery! I also found it pleasant that this area was not as touristy as other areas. Our host went out of her way to accommodate our requests. Thank you so much dear host!!

The listing is as described in the description. Everything you need is available and the location is perfect for relaxing, but also for excursions. Tom is very responsive. Everything was very straightforward. We are happy to recommend the place!

The apartment is very nice! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it looks exactly like the pictures. Great praise for this! The location is a bit difficult, the place is deserted! A hotel with its restaurant keeps the place "alive". There is no café, no ice cream parlor... that was a shame. We always had to go to other places for that.

Cozy room under the roof with Herrgottswinkel, comfortable bed and beautiful floor recycled from a sports hall. Everything there as you need it, but unfortunately no shower - but that was also described. Infrared heating ensures pleasant radiant heat.

We felt very comfortable. The treetop trail and the swimming pond could be reached without problems with strollers. We will definitely come again!

Access to the apartment worked perfectly. The parking in the yard was perfect. The modern and very tastefully decorated apartment was in a super clean condition. The kitchen offers almost everything you need for cooking. Even some spices, as well as dishwashing and cleaning supplies were available. Despite its central location, the apartment is pleasantly quiet and we slept wonderfully in the box spring bed! On the day of arrival, we found that no German television station could be received. There were only Czech programs.(The Czech previous tenant had obviously completely changed everything to Czech). Fortunately, Manuel was nearby and came to us immediately. After about 1/2 hour, he had solved the problem. We got to know Manuel as a very likeable and helpful young man! Communication also worked very well in advance. We were guests in the apartment for a week and would come back at any time!

We felt very comfortable in Marisa's apartment - everything was as described. The location is quiet but central and there was even a parking space behind the house. Marisa was very helpful and communication was very good. We would definitely come back! Thanks for everything!

If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The place was super clean and very lovingly furnished. Everything was available for a smooth stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom too. There is a hair dryer and even a straightener. We were very pleased with the easy-to-use grill and the time in the hot tub was also very relaxing. We had a wonderful time out here and will come back and definitely recommend the place. Thank you dear Katrin, for this lovingly furnished accommodation.

had a small issue with the shower which I address myself. that aside towels were fresh and clean. shower pressure was superb. bed was comfortable also. views out of this world. thank you Heinz

Great place to stay for our winter vacation. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building complex. Sauna and fitness area are in very good condition. The water temperature in the swimming pool (and in the baby pool) is a bit fresh, but it can still be well tolerated.

We had some great days in the Bavarian Forest. The place is very nice and everything exactly as described or seen in the photos. In advance, we received a first-class description for check-in. The apartment is super clean, well furnished and has everything you need. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Great place, good kitchen, great bathroom with bath, and bidet. Free parking place, elevator, restaurant downstairs, fitness , hairdresser, and sauna in the same building.

Our weekend in Wackersdorf was really relaxing and the apartment is very clean and has a good location. The communication with Gisela was totally straightforward and we were even able to extend our stay by a few hours. We would come back
