It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

Charming artist's apartment by the vineyard near Freiburg

Welcome! The guest apartment (approx. 50 square meters) is located in the basement of our house - enough space for our guests to feel comfortable in their own area. Included in the price is the visitor's tax to the municipality of Glottertal. From two nights (only for tourist stays) you will receive the KONUS card, with which you can use public transport free of charge throughout the Black Forest region, as well as free parking tickets for all P+R parking spaces in Freiburg.

Japanese-style bedroom: fixed mattress 160 x 200 cm on Tatami mats (without slatted base), which lie on a 35 cm raised platform. Small bathroom with toilet and shower, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven (without dishwasher, no microwave), living room with sofa, fast WiFi/WLAN, small TV, terrace with table and chairs. Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200 m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500 m from the property. The tram is a good way to get from the central station to the apartment. It is an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking can be provided by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am available for questions.

As a starting point for activities of all kinds, the location is ideal. You can hike directly from the house or get on the next bus to your destination at the nearby stop. For guests with a car, the travel time to most attractions in the Black Forest is less than 45 minutes.

Nearby there is a quarry lake (swimming is allowed)
