A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

The fully furnished apartment with terrace is located on our three-sided courtyard. You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m². The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m and is very comfortable as a 3rd bed. Hiking in the vineyards of Seußlitz, relaxing in the Goltzscha natural pool in summer and using the Elbe cycle path just 400 m away make you want more. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Your own bicycles are safe in our courtyard.

Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historical flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.
