We had a pleasant stay! We were particularly enthusiastic about the large, well-equipped kitchen – the coffee maker and oven were great. The pizza oven was also a real highlight! The bedding was very clean and smelled wonderfully fresh, which made for a really good feeling of sleeping. However, the property is in need of renovation in some areas: there are broken tiles, some cabinet doors are crooked or no longer close properly, and a drawer was broken. In the small rooms in the upper area, even the door frame detaches. Despite these beauty deficiencies, we felt comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and eager. With a few small repairs it would be a real gem!Best regards, Bianca

The villa is beautifully decorated and you feel right at home. Everything else was very clean. It was great that hygiene products were provided. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Sanja & Christian are quite wonderful hosts and the room has a very lovingly designed interior in a pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed positive energy for three days and very good sleep at night! The beautiful city center is within walking distance and the sun was shining for me - wonderful spring colors everywhere. I highly recommend this cozy place and say thank you for your warmth! This was a last minute stay for my friends and family. Vadim was instantly responsive and sent us the entry instructions immediately. This place was excellent! The neighbor even gave us a small tour of the house and described how the coffee, child amenities, and Wii worked. One outstanding overnight. Perfect sized place and really quiet. Thanks again!

The place not only looks exactly as it appears in the photos, but surpasses them with lovingly arranged still lifes and thoughtful details. Also with an enchanting view of both the landscape and the city. The beds are very comfortable, the surroundings absolutely quiet. The bright conservatory was our feel-good place: breakfast and also evening sun room. The extra breakfast, served in the room, was very fresh and so plentiful that we even had some of it twice. We were able to reach and marvel at the nearby and charming young city with our wheels in 5 minutes. You can't get more Tübingen. Glad to come back! THANK YOU!
