The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft-style design, it's a great place to unwind and relax. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it’s a getaway for relaxation or a city break, you’ll find everything your heart desires here. The living space offers 2+2 beds (including Comfortable sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

There is a shop + café and a restaurant (open Fri. to Tue.) 200 m away. The large garden is for playing, eating and relaxing. In about 1.5 km the beautiful swimming lake and 2 tennis courts. There are hikes in our beautiful mountains and on our cultivated alpine pastures. The Red Bull Ring for F1 and Moto GP is about 40 minutes away.

We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. You will live with us on the first floor of our house. You have the same entrance as we do, but each apartment has a lockable apartment door. The holiday apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a covered balcony. In the vacation apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a living room, a bathroom and a toilet. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
