I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

This is an accurately described, beautiful home in idyllic countryside. The house is spacious and very stylishly furnished with vintage furniture and artwork. Ideally there would be one or two more bathrooms with showers - we knew this before staying of course - it just means more planning of showering with a larger group of people staying. We especially loved relaxing in the garden room with the gorgeous views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so definitely made the most of having a pool and pizza oven and BBQ. And we picked fresh figs off the tree by the pool, delicious! The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. Enzo was great and prompt at communicating with us. We appreciated the local recommendations - we enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Sportsman, coffee at Cafe du Jardin and a mooch around all the antiques shops in Lewes. A very comfortable house to enjoy with three generations of our family.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. Our time in Rosie’s caravan was truly enjoyable. The space was spotless and well-organized, making it feel immediately welcoming. The shower had excellent pressure and consistently hot water, which was a real treat. We had no issues with the TV reception, and everything worked smoothly. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Rosie herself was a fantastic host—warm, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. We will come back again!

We had a great stay here for a getaway weekend - Fiona was super friendly, gave good recommendations for walks, pubs etc and left us to it. The guest house is a great size with everything you need and in perfect condition. Location was beautiful with great scenery and walks especially when the sun was out. Overall would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

Beautiful property tucked away down a country lane within a short walking distance of the beach and a fabulous pub. A real hideaway and perfect for a bit of peace and quiet. Immaculately clean and newly refurbished - it felt like a real treat to be staying there.

Jen went over and beyond to ensure that our trip was a success. It was the second time we’ve stayed during the Goodwood Revival and the location is perfect.

Really personalized and individual space in a beautiful and serene setting. A great place to escape to. We had a wonderful time and were delighted to find a well stocked kitchen including fresh bread and a few other treats when we arrived. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning view, not something that you see and can enjoy every day. And adding the nature, birds, rabbits, it's definitely a wow. The place is clean, comfy and has everything you'll need. Just lovely and peaceful. A couple of things that could be useful: - no shops around - pubs are fully booked nearby at the weekend - it IS the countryside: cows and dogs are protective, have to find a place to run the dog freely as so much wildlife, ticks and bugs are attacking, check your pets.

Me, my partner and our doggy loved staying here. The house is spacious, full of light and very clean. The garden is nice and the patio was cleaned during our stay. Jim always responded to any questions we had swiftly and any little problems we had during our stay were always taken care of and service men arranged for the next day. An ideal location close a walkable distance to the beach and very private and quiet.

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Michelles cottage is a delight. Lovely location, easy to visit Arundel, South Downs and surrounding villages. The cottage was easy to find, with a lovely farm coffee house close by. The cottage is well looked after and with the bonus of a very pretty garden and outside area to enjoy.

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Faldie Cottage was an absolute delight. It's beautifully furnished in a traditional but slightly eclectic style with antiques and interesting pieces of furniture and pictures, which made one feel right at home. The kitchen is modern and exceedingly well appointed and it was just a shame that we were not able to use the lovely, secluded patio that it exits onto because of the weather. Both bathrooms were very good and the shower room for the main bedroom (which is enormous with fantastic views) was brilliant. We were very sad to leave and would happily return there for a another holiday.

We had a lovely few days at the cottage while walking part of the South Downs Way. It was easy to walk to the station and also into town for restaurants (recommend La Campania). The cottage was very clean and comfortable with everything we could need. We would certainly stay again.

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Place was so lovely and light inside with the views out to the sea. We were especially grateful to have a later check out to be able to stay longer and have more time in the area. Perfect place for family and dog!

silhouette cottage was beautiful and the countryside so peaceful. Our stay was not quite as we intended as my husband had a horrible accident in the early hours of our second day. Sarah went above and beyond to help. She immediately came in the middle of the night and calmed us both and called an ambulance . She then helped my family and kept in contact the whole time. I honestly would not have known how to deal with the situation without her help

This is a beautifully converted garage - spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and well-equipped. Its probably a little more suitable for winter than summer as the aspect as you for sitting outside is just looking onto a gravelled area. However, everything else about it was extremely good and efficiently run.
