My 1906 little house is completely restored farmhouse that my great grandparents brought to our property during the depression. Our guest cottage is tucked away behind the main house where we live. It has original shiplap boards in the open living room and kitchenette with beautiful pine floors throughout the 700 square-foot house. There is a separate bedroom with 12 foot lofted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight throughout. We know you will feel good the moment you walk through the door.

We originally started as a Bed & Breakfast called Antler & Oak in Franklin County, located just north of Raleigh and East of Wake Forest. Adorable fully furnished 1 BR apartment in Belvedere Park neighborhood. Walking distance from Lions Park and the greenway. Offers a private entry. The apartment is attached to the main house by a hallway with a door that locks from the main house. Furniture and appliances included: Queen size bed, sectional sofa, wood and glass coffee table, side tables, new LED TV with roku, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen ware (All as pictured). There is no laundry and no oven.
