Monthly Rentals in Waitangi

Jo & Craig were absolutely wonderful hosts, from the minute we booked until the day we left! They were extremely friendly, communicative and very quick to respond. The surroundings are very peaceful, in a neighborhood, with no noise from the outside except the wonderful birds. The nautical theme of the interior was quite refreshing! One heads up we feel is worthy of mention is that if one is planning on taking in the ambiance of downtown Paihia, be aware that this abode is up quite a steep hill, and thus not an easy walk into town. If that sort of thing isn't a bother, this is a wonderful place to stay!!

Hadlee and Em were very welcoming and very helpful regarding parking etc. The apartment is compact, but is modern, warm, very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place to stay at !!

Jan’s place was fantastic. It had all I needed, great wifi, relaxing quiet environment, excellent facilities, beautiful outlook - perfect for a relaxing getaway. Jan’s space is very comfortable, has lots of space and offers several options to relax, enjoy the view and peaceful surroundings. Jan’s home is perfectly situated to enjoy the best of Paihia and I highly recommend her as host. I was delighted with Jan’s wonderful place.
