Erik is a wonderful host. He is kind and generous and his home is well equipped for a great vacation. The location is perfect, close to everything. Maka is a lovely cat and Erik is a great friend to have. Will definitely stay again the next time I visit Maui.

This condo was perfect for what we needed! Central location, right on the water. Gorgeous ocean views from the lanai. Was very impressed with the decor, cleanliness, and amenities provided. Host was responsive and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui!

The stay was special to say the least. It was private and the walkable beach was quiet and beautiful. The town of Kihei has everything you need with close stores, restaurants, gas stations and snorkel rental. The house was perfect for our family with a space our child could sleep free of noise from the rest of the house while we were awake so we could enjoy the ocean from the porch and the jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay again while on Maui!

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

5 Stars – Amazing Stay in Kihei! I had a wonderful three-day stay at this Airbnb in Kihei! The location is perfect—right across from the beach, next to Isana Restaurant, and close to ABC stores for any essentials. Even though the road was closed during my stay, the building was still easily accessible. The unit itself was very comfortable, with two spacious bedrooms and everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was meeting our friendly host, Cynthia at Isana—we had a great conversation about real estate since we’re both realtors! Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely book again. Highly recommend!

WOW. This is one of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed in and the hosts we responsive and kind! In the cove of Maalaea, the balcony view was stunning. In March, we saw whales and turtles everyday, and even a monk seal! With the gentle sound of waves crashing, you will sleep like the dead every night and wake to a gentle sunrise. The location is semi-private, but very centrally located making it easy to travel to all the Maui favorites. The condo was exceptionally clean, well stocked on basic amenities, and great extras like a beach umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards. Sheets and towels were soft and smelled like heaven. Truly and exceptional stay start to finish!

We loved this condo and would come back in a heartbeat! It was comfortable and clean; we felt right at home cooking and doing laundry as needed, and relaxing at the pool or watching tv after a busy day of activities. It was also a great central location which allowed us to easily explore many parts of Maui. Hosts provided things like laundry detergent and beach chairs and towels that we could borrow. Can’t say enough good things about it!

The building, at the north end of Sugar beach, in Kihei, right on the water, was in a beautiful location to experience daily gorgeous sunsets and the clean sandy beach. The grounds which featured a pool, barbecues, chairs and lounge chairs were well trimmed. The apartment was nicely furnished, filled with all amenities (coolers, beach towels, snorkeling equipment, sunglasses, hats, sunblock, aloe vera lotion...) needed for a great stay at the beach. The elevators were clean and functional, and there were carts to facilitate transfer of luggage from the parking lot to our apartment. The owner had developed a very detailed guide that helped us operate the various pieces of equipment in the apartment. In addition, she was very responsive to various questions we had on check-in. There was also a local representative who proved helpful when a very rare power failure caused some issues. In summary, this is a wonderful place I strongly recommend to relax and enjoy the beautiful Maui weather

Our first trip to Maui was great in Kihei! This location gave us the ability to go to the beach, snorkel, hike and many other activities. It is a 5 minutes drive to the market and food trucks, with a beach within walking distance. It was nice to have to balcony in the morning to relax and the pool on the days we didn't want to go to the beach. Overall great location and the condo was clean with good AC. Highly recommend!

This is a wonder place! Very peaceful and steps away from the beach. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway look no further. The host was super responsive and very flexible. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a great complex. The flowers are gorgeous and the water feature a nice plus. We enjoyed the condo, pool, beach and being able to walk to restaurants, grocery store, excellent coffee, etc. It was a pleasant stay and we are sorry to have to go home. Hiroshi was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Great location and unmatched views!

The place was perfect, I would stay there again. The location may seem away from other popular cities but it is right in the middle of the island so if you plan on visiting everything. This is the perfect spot to not have 1 hr plus drives because you decide to stay on one side

Fantastic Stay in a Beautiful Oceanfront Condo We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Kihei. The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and had a fully stocked kitchen—including a rice cooker - perfect for preparing meals. One of the highlights was the balcony, where we enjoyed morning coffee with ocean views. The location was ideal—quiet and tucked away from the busier parts of Kihei, yet still close to everything we needed. The property had a nice pool, and the beach right out back was perfect for both swimming and snorkeling. The host was fantastic—always responsive and easy to reach via Airbnb messenger, making our stay seamless. We were looking for a relaxing oceanfront retreat in Maui, and this condo was an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and setting. Very well organized and equipped. Especially nice bathroom and kitchen. She was also very thoughtful on the smaller details too, such as hooks to hang towels, clothes line in tub, non scented cleaning products . Also Very nice setup on the lanai

The OG of Airbnb, Derrick's place is unique, fun and close to everything you need for your trip to Maui. If you are looking for accommodations beyond the cookie cutter condo then this is it. Derrick was available in person and by text and was a very gracious host. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning to this little slice of paradise.

Barbara was wonderful. Gave good instructions on how to enter the property. There are elevators, so don’t feel you have to lug your luggage up three flights like we did. BE SURE your rental can clear six feet to enter the parking structure. Any issues were met with prompt solutions, many times going above what was expected. The view from the condo was incredible!! We chose to stay in the second room as we could see sunrise WHILE LAYING IN BED!! You WILL view sea turtles just off the lanai every single day, especially during high tide. Two couples can stay comfortably, however, there is only one stand up shower (other is a tub/shower without doors). Bedrooms are right next to each other & second bedroom closes off as a room with an accordian wall. The list of recommendations were on point & we found ourselves going to Cafe Ole every chance we had. The plantation around Cafe Ole was beautiful. Great spot to walk around, eat, and shop for gifts and local food. We highly recommend.

This place was perfect for our families to enjoy our time together. Spacious and especially enjoyed the patio table for our meals outdoors. Bedrooms were also spacious and offered private quiet time. Kids loved the pool!! Our only regret was not staying longer.
