We highly recommend this unit! Everything was in excellent condition, extremely clean and in the perfect location! Only steps away from the beach, lots of shopping and a plethora of restaurants. The view from the rooms was lovely. We watched sunsets over the ocean and rainbows over the mountains- all from the spacious balcony. You’ll love it!!

While I didn’t get to use any of the amenities, this was a very comfortable, pleasant, and perfect work trip. This airbnb helped me sleep well at night.

This is an amazing place to stay! The views are incredible. It is such a wonderful resort you never need to leave it, however it is also very convenient to many other activities. The food on site was excellent and we enjoyed many sunsets while dining on the patio. We were blown away by the condo itself. It was so spacious and lovely. Barrett was an excellent host who communicated well.

The property and the room was great. We would definitely use Phil’s place again. We had a great view from the 3rd floor of the pool area and ocean view. One thing that stood out was the impeccable service, from the bell hop, valet, or calling guest services for additional supplies for the room everybody was so nice and pleasant. Yes, daily valet is free. We asked for extra paper towels, toilet paper, ice, dish soap and all was brought within minutes. The balcony/lanai was also something that stood out from other properties, it was large with chairs, lounger, and table for 4. You also get access to the Hyatt property next door, which is very nice too. You won’t find a better location, close to other great resorts, restaurants and Whalers Village. Phil was very informative and easy to communicate with, great owner. Just an FYI… guests have to pay the Maui occupancy tax, which ours was $29 a day, it’s based on room size.

The resort is older but well maintained. Beautiful landscaping, friendly staff. nice pool area, BBQ & sand bottom hot tub. we did not have a lanai but there is a group BBQ area. I enjoyed the gym and the peaceful surroundings. The beach is across the street. All in all a wonderful vacation experience.

We had a lovely stay at this unit. We had a renovated ground floor room with which was perfect for a family with young kids- lots of space to run around without feeling like we were on top of each other. Couldn't be easier to get to the kid friendly beach across the street and close to all your needs as parents- groceries, drug stores/pharmacies, and food. The grounds and pool are well maintained. My only concern was that the carpets in the bedrooms seemed like they could have used a wash (understandable given the amount of sandy feet this place has probably seen). Normally it wouldn't even be something I thought twice about but our little guy actually learned how to crawl on this vacation! It wasn't a huge issue though, there was so much hardwood to crawl around on. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very peaceful, relaxing stay. Close to Time Square Market, Slappy Cakes and food Trucks. 11 mins drive to Napili and even less to Lahaina. We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful, clean facilities, friendly staff and easily accessible. Loved the free valet. Would be great if there was Starbucks closer for good coffee. I did not enjoy coffee in Maui.

We had a wonderful time. The suite exceeded my expectations. The dishes and kitchen equipment provided (such as a rice cooker and electric griddle) were great for being able to cook. The suite was huge. Beautiful Mountain View. Loved using the heated pool and hot tub.

Where to start….I love the middle of South Kihei; everything you’d want is reasonably close; kid friendly beaches; pool was lively everyday with families swimming; and the BBQ grills were being used all day; I had some Q’ing done myself. The place was open floor; tons of space; so it was very comfy. I for sure will be coming back is a can find some available dates.

Tim was very responsive and helpful. His home is a beautiful suite at the resort! Beach is within walking distance as well as abc store! It’s located in a great area with lots of parking on the bottom floor so it was nice getting back after a long day. Everyone loved their rooms! Definitely would stay here again when coming back to Maui.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The resort is beautiful and the room is well maintained. Check in and check out were very smooth. We had great views of the sunset. You could even see the turtles in the water. We are so appreciative of Chimera vacations working with us to rent this unit.

We had a great time at this airbnb. It was a two minute walk to the beach right across the road. Location was great. We had a couple hiccups but Tim was quick to communicate and help out. The internet barely worked and our room was not ready by 4pm but by 5pm. Otherwise everything was great. Would stay here again!!
