Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

Rebecca and Pete are absolute amazing hosts. The house is perfect with everything you need, lots of private outdoor area, huge deck and a hot tub. Very kid friendly with a sandpit, trampoline and toys. We felt like home!

What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

The Bond estate is a beautiful property grey for family groups with an excellent playground, great heated pool and spa, and plenty of space for everyone.

Sharon is an incredible host. She made us feel like apart of her family. The home was warm, spacious and equipt with everything we might need as a large family. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are prestine, and there is plenty of space inside and out. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time, and when we are back in Rolleston we will be booking again. Thank you so much Sharon.

This place is 5 star! The house is very comfortable with recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and is fully equiped - down to coffee pods for the coffee machine. Reverse cycle A/C (aka 'heat pump') means that the house was easily kept comfortably warm. Wood and kindling are provided for the fireplace. Off street parking is secure (behind an automatic gate). We didn't use the barbeque, the outdoor dining area, spa pool, gym equipment in the garage, or the skateboard ramp.

I loved my stay here! The bach is cosy and warm with a nice homely feel to it. Someone else in their review mentioned the muesli and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed that as well! The highlight for me was how peaceful and quiet it was out there, and with the beach so close and lots of walking tracks to explore it was the perfect staycation I needed to get out of the city for a few days. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to be back soon myself!

Lovely retreat away for the family. Very private and beautiful gardens. For a family of 8 there was plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The downstairs bedroom with one of the on-suites was perfect for my 85 year old mother. Margie was fantastic to deal with, very friendly and prompt with communication. Highly recommend this lovely property

This place is brand new and honestly just incredible. Super clean, filled with natural light, and in the most perfect location. It had everything I needed with great attention to the small details. The hosts were amazing can’t recommend them enough. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Tracy’s home was the perfect getaway for our family. The house is not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. Traveling with two infants, we had a few extra needs, and Tracy went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Communication was clear, quick, and helpful throughout our stay. We’d happily return in a heartbeat!

Our family two adults and two daughters had a great mini break to this house. Even though the weather wasn’t great we found this house easy to hang out in while it rained. Lots of thoughtful touches and games and colouring for the kids along with lovely modern features. We had a great time in a lovely, warm and well equipped house. We were due to arrive after dark on a wet night, so Rose messaged to say she had the fire ready to light, she had turned some lights on for us, and had left the key under the mat so we didn’t have to spend time in the rain fiddling with the lockbox. It was so appreciated! Really cute and cosy home with everything we could possibly have needed. We loved it. One thing to note though is there is some road noise during the night.

What a hidden gem this property is! We immediately felt right at home. Beautifully appointed with all listed amenities. The beds were so comfortable and everything was super clean and tidy. Lovely and quiet and the surrounding garden is beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay at this breathtaking Airbnb. Amazing sea view made every morning feel special. The house itself was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The house is gorgeous and we felt it was a privilege to stay there. The morning coffee watching the sunrise was a real treat. The attention to details and the extra starter supplies were a real special touch. The house was amazing and opening the Oceanside doors brought nature to us! We will stay again!!!

Jess, was probably one of the best hosts I’ve come across! So easy to communicate with and made us feel right at home with little things ahead of us said and did. The house is so beautiful set up and the bed super comfy allowing us to have such good sleeps! And ofcourse the shower is 5 star!
